Spend a full day on the Red Sea combining snorkelling, an introductory dive, island time, and lunch on board. This well-paced trip balances time in the water with time to relax, making it suitable for first-time divers and confident swimmers alike.
After hotel pick-up, you’ll transfer to the marina and board a spacious day boat equipped for snorkelling and diving. Once underway, guides will outline the plan for the day and run through safety procedures before the first water session. The trip begins with a guided snorkelling stop of around 45 minutes, allowing time to explore coral reefs and marine life in clear, shallow water.
The second water session is a short introductory scuba dive lasting approximately 10 minutes. With professional instructors alongside you at all times, you’ll practise breathing underwater and descend slowly to experience the Red Sea from below the surface. This session is designed for beginners and focuses on control, comfort, and safety rather than depth or complexity.
Later in the day, the boat heads to a nearby island where you’ll have around 1.5 hours ashore. Time here is flexible and can be spent swimming, resting on the beach, or exploring the shoreline. Lunch is served back on the boat, followed by a relaxed cruise with optional water sports such as banana boat and tube rides before returning to the marina and transferring back to your hotel.
The experience takes place along the Red Sea coast near Hurghada, with reef sites selected daily based on conditions. These areas are chosen for accessibility, good visibility, and suitability for both snorkelling and introductory diving.
Hurghada’s coastal waters are well known for consistent sea conditions and shallow reef systems close to shore. Short travel times between sites allow the day to include multiple activities without feeling rushed, keeping time in the water and on the island balanced.
No previous diving experience is required for the introductory dive, and snorkelling is suitable for beginners. Participants must be comfortable in the water and able to follow instructions from guides and instructors.
A basic level of health and fitness is required to take part in the dive. If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about diving, it’s important to check suitability in advance.
Trips are run using dedicated boats and in-house crews, allowing for consistent standards across guiding, equipment, and timing. Having direct control over vessels and daily operations helps keep the experience smooth from pick-up to return.
The focus is on clear instruction, practical safety support, and giving people enough time to enjoy each part of the day. Ongoing investment in boats, equipment, and routes means activities continue to expand while maintaining a straightforward, well-managed structure.
No prior diving experience is required. The introductory dive is designed specifically for beginners and is conducted with professional instructors providing one-to-one or very small group supervision.
Before entering the water, you’ll receive a clear explanation of breathing, hand signals, and safety procedures. The dive is short and controlled, focusing on comfort rather than depth.
The introductory dive is shallow and kept within safe limits suitable for first-time divers. Depth is adjusted based on comfort, conditions, and instructor assessment.
The aim is to give you a calm introduction to breathing underwater rather than a technical dive. Instructors remain close throughout the session.
Yes, the snorkelling session is suitable for beginners. Reef sites are selected for calm conditions and visibility, and guides are present in the water and on the boat.
Life jackets are available, and you can snorkel at your own pace or take breaks on the boat whenever needed.
You’ll have approximately 1.5 hours on the island, with no fixed programme. This time can be used for swimming, resting on the beach, or walking along the shoreline.
Facilities vary depending on the island and conditions on the day. Guides will advise what is available and the best areas to use safely.
Lunch is included and served on board the boat after the water sessions. The timing allows you to eat once activities are complete and relax during the cruise.
Soft drinks and water are available during the day. If you have dietary requirements, it’s best to mention them in advance.
Water sports such as banana boat and tube rides are optional and run under supervision. Participation depends on sea conditions and personal comfort.
You’re free to skip these activities and remain on the boat if you prefer a quieter end to the day.
Transfers are included for hotels in Hurghada. Pick-up times are arranged to match the boat departure and are confirmed in advance.
Transfers from areas outside Hurghada are available for an additional charge, payable locally.
Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection, and dry clothes for after water activities. A waterproof phone case is recommended if bringing devices on board.
Storage is available on the boat, but valuables should be kept to a minimum.
National Park or marine reserve fees are not included and are payable locally per person. These fees support conservation and access to protected areas.
Any optional extras or upgraded transfers are charged separately and explained before the trip begins.
Reef sites, island stops, and water activities are adjusted based on daily conditions to ensure safety. The itinerary may be modified while keeping the overall structure of the day.
If conditions prevent certain activities, guides will explain alternatives or adjustments clearly. Safety always takes priority.
