Before the heat of the day, saddle up in Hurghada for a guided ride through desert sand and Red Sea shallows at sunrise. Hotel pickup is included, and time in the saddle is about two hours. Plan around three hours door to door, with water and tea after you dismount.
Dawn still holds the cool when you reach the stables and meet your horse, stirrups adjusted while the sky turns pink over Hurghada. The group moves out onto desert sand before the heat builds, following a guide in a line as empty dunes open ahead. Walk is the default from the first stretch, with trot only if everyone in the group is secure.
Hooves press into soft sand and then shallow water along the Red Sea edge as the sun climbs. The two-hour loop mixes inland ground with a stretch where waves lap at the horses' legs. Tea and water wait back at the stables after dismount, a warm pause before the day fully wakes around you.
Hurghada sits on Egypt's Red Sea with open desert close behind the hotel strip and shallow water along the same coast. This outing uses both: sand near town and a stretch of shallows, rather than a remote overnight camp. Wind and sand conditions decide whether a sunrise slot can run.
Resort life here starts early for guests who want the cooler first hour of the day. After tea you are back at the hotel with the rest of the morning still ahead. Share your resort name so the early van can find the right gate. Guests staying outside the usual hotel strip should wait for confirmation that collection still applies.
No riding qualification is required. Sitting at walk before dawn and wearing long trousers in the saddle is all that is asked. Horses are suitable for first-time riders as well as more confident guests, with a guide on the outing. Tell the team if you have never ridden so they can pair you with a quieter horse.
Long trousers, closed shoes and a warm layer for the early start work well, plus sun protection once it is light. A hat you can keep on in a breeze is worth bringing. Children can join if they are comfortable around horses and can sit a saddle. Flowing scarves and loose jewellery that could catch are best left behind.
Hotel pickup, a guide on the sand, and drinks after the ride keep an early start simple to join. Desert sand and shallows come on the same loop, at a pace the group can hold. First-time riders and returning guests share the same path rather than splitting into separate outings.
A guide rides with the group throughout, so you are not sent out alone. If wind or sand makes the slot unsuitable, the team may shift the start or move you to another time. Stay reachable the evening before and on the morning of the ride so the pickup window can still find you in reception.
Early hotel pickup in Hurghada is followed by a short transfer to the stables. Meet your horse, adjust stirrups and hear how the sunrise loop will run before anyone mounts.
Tell the guide if you have never ridden so you can be paired with a quieter horse. Helmets and tack are provided at the yard, and a warm layer helps while you wait in the cool air.
The group follows a guide through desert sand and along the shallows while the sun comes up. Walk is the default pace, with trot only if everyone in the line is happy and secure.
Stay with the group rather than pushing ahead on the sand or into the water. The guide sets the route and keeps the line together until you are heading back toward the stables.
Tea and water wait at the stables once you dismount and return the tack. Use that pause to warm up before the transfer back to your Hurghada hotel on the same pickup run.
Keep the rest of the morning free so the three-hour door-to-door window is not squeezed around other plans. Meals are not part of this outing, though drinks after the ride are included.
Hotel pickup and drop-off in the Hurghada area is included. This is an early start so you are on the sand for sunrise. You will be given a pickup window.
Share your resort name so the van can find the right gate. Guests staying outside the usual hotel strip should wait for confirmation that collection still applies.

You should be happy sitting at walk and spending a couple of hours in the saddle around dawn. Tell the team if you have never ridden so they can pair you with a quieter horse.

The team will match horses on the morning. Do not assume a lead-rein pony is waiting unless they have said so.
Sunrise rides depend on wind and sand. If conditions are unsuitable, the team may shift the start or move you to another slot.

Yes. Water and tea are included after you dismount at the stables. This is not a lunch ride, so do not plan a sit-down meal as part of the three-hour window.
Eat after you are back at the hotel if you want a proper breakfast. Carry a small snack only if you know you get hungry before dawn.
This outing is the sunrise desert-and-sea ride from Hurghada. It is not the Soma Bay daytime desert-and-sea ride, and it is not a swimming-horse outing sold as its own product.
Choose this trip if you want first light on the sand and in the shallows, then tea before you return to the hotel strip.
The meeting point is your hotel in Hurghada for an early pickup, then a short transfer to the stables. You return to the same hotel after the ride.
Be ready in reception in the window you are given, because an early van will not wait long at a second gate.
A guide rides with the group and sets the pace for the whole loop. You are not sent out alone on the desert sand or into the shallows.
Walk is the default. Trot is used only if everyone is happy, and the group stays together until you are back at the stables for tea.
