For the adventuro app and adventuro.com
You can ask us to delete your adventuro account and the personal information held with it at any time. If you still have the app installed, the quickest way is Account → Delete account — it does the same thing as this form and confirms straight away.

Request deletion
What gets deleted
We delete your adventuro account and the personal data we hold about you, except where we are required or permitted by law to keep it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What we keep
Data protection law allows us to retain personal data where we have a legal obligation to keep it, or where we need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. In practice this is mainly transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes.
Activity centres you have booked with are separate controllers for the data they hold about that booking.
Data may also remain in backups until those age out on their normal cycle.
How long it takes
We verify the request came from you before acting on it, because this page is open to anyone. We then respond within one month, as data protection law requires. We may extend that by up to two further months where a request is complex, and will tell you if that applies.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
