Who it’s for

If you send people on adventures, this is for you

If your audience trusts where you point them, you can earn from it. One link, one set of terms.

Bloggers & writers

Write up the trip, then link to something readers can actually book, with enough detail to back up the pick.

Influencers & creators

People ask where you went. Give them a tracked link in your caption or show notes, not just a vague tag.

Destination sites

Your guides already point people somewhere. Make it a tracked link and earn when they book.

Travel agents

Sell the holiday, refer the activities. Your client books direct, so it stays off your invoice and your bonding.

Newsletters & podcasts

One link your audience can use. You get paid once the experience happens. No invoices, no fulfilment on your side.

How it works

Share a link. They book. You earn.

Advising a client or writing a destination guide? Same flow. We handle booking, payment and support behind the scenes.

Step 1

Share your link

Paste your tracked link in a blog post, itinerary, newsletter, WhatsApp or bio. Deep-link to a specific activity or destination page.

Step 2

They book direct

Your reader or client books and pays adventuro. We confirm the booking and look after them. You are not the seller.

Step 3

You earn

Once the experience is delivered, your commission becomes eligible. You are paid the following month, tracked in a simple dashboard.

A referral, not a resale. They book on adventuro. You are not taking payment or running the activity.
How partners use it

Same link. Fits how you already work.

Most partners share tracked links. Travel agents can also send us a brief when a client needs something specific.

Bloggers & writers

Roundups, guides & trip reports

Link to specific activities in “things to do in…” posts, gear reviews with a “try it yourself” CTA, or after-action write-ups. The link builder turns any adventuro page into your tracked URL.

  • Deep-link to one activity or a destination hub
  • 45-day attribution if readers come back later
  • Disclose affiliate links clearly. We include suggested wording in your welcome kit.
Influencers & creators

Bio links, captions & show notes

When followers ask “where was this?”, send them somewhere they can book: coasteering, surf lessons, via ferrata. Not a generic homepage.

  • One link per trip, sport or destination
  • Works in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and newsletters
  • No fielding DMs about availability. adventuro handles that.
Travel agents

Itineraries & client emails

Recommend activities alongside the holiday you sell. Your client books and pays adventuro direct, so the activity stays off your invoice and bonding.

  • Referral shape head office can approve
  • Optional brief service for tailored options
  • See compliance for agency-specific detail
More than a link

Why partners choose adventuro

We are narrower and deeper than the big platforms: real adventure, centres we have vetted, and a team that picks up the phone. The rate is competitive too.

Adventure depth

Coasteering, canyoning, via ferrata, summit treks. Courses, guided trips and equipment hire, not a thin catalogue.

Vetted centres

Every centre is reviewed for quality, safety and qualified instruction. You refer with your name on it, and ours.

Expert-led, not a database

Real instructors and guides, with curated picks for the destinations you write about most. You look the expert, with less research.

Protect the playground

We are committed to conservation, with a partnership with Rewilding Britain. Values your audience increasingly shares.

Partner community

A private circle of agents and content partners. Adventure picks, honest answers, and people who get what you do. Not a sales channel.

Pages worth linking to

Real course pages with photos, levels, durations and reviews. Your recommendations sound informed, not copy-pasted from a thin listing site.

A human concierge, optional

When someone needs something tailored, send a brief and we source options. Same commission, no extra tier. Mostly used by agents.

What you earn, and when

Disclosure & compliance

Simple for creators. Clear for agents.

Everyone books and pays adventuro direct. That is a referral, not a resale. Bloggers disclose affiliate links. Agents get a one-pager for head office.

Questions for approvers
Is referral commission on a separate client booking permitted under our agency agreement?
In most cases, yes. A referral is not a bundled sale. Your client books and pays adventuro directly, so it sits outside the scope of most agency agreements that restrict secondary income on packages you sell. Check any clause on third-party referral income to be sure.
Do we require client disclosure of commission?
We recommend disclosing regardless of whether your agency requires it. We provide suggested wording below. The regulatory requirement depends on your jurisdiction and membership body (ABTA, ATAS, TICO, etc.).
Are agents allowed to share third-party booking links in itineraries?
Yes in almost all cases. Sharing a link is a recommendation, not a sale. Your client contracts with and pays adventuro directly, so the activity does not appear on your invoice and is not part of any package you are selling.
Does our bonding or licensing cover only the packages we sell, confirming referral activities are out of scope?
Yes. ATOL, ABTA bonding, and equivalent schemes cover the holidays you sell. Because the client pays adventuro (not you) for the activity, it is not part of your bonded package and sits outside that scope.
What to tell clients

“I’ve found a great activity for your trip. You’ll book it directly with adventuro, our adventure travel partner. They handle confirmation and payment securely, and I’ll still help you choose the right option.”

Avoid: presenting the activity as financially protected through the agency, or as part of a holiday package you sell, when using referral links.

Common questions

Questions

Do I need to be a travel agent?
No. Bloggers, influencers, destination sites and creators are welcome on the same terms as agents. Share a tracked link; your audience books direct on adventuro.
How do I disclose affiliate links?
Tell readers or followers when you may earn commission if they book via your link. We provide suggested wording in your welcome kit. On social, follow your platform’s rules for paid or affiliate content (#ad, etc.).
Can I link to a specific activity or destination?
Yes. Paste any adventuro URL into the link builder in your partner portal and we add your tracking automatically. Deep links work well in roundup posts and trip reports.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer, once the experience has been delivered. Commission becomes eligible when the centre marks the activity completed, or once the activity date has passed and the booking was paid. Cancelled or unpaid bookings never pay.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, £50. Anything below the threshold rolls over to the next month while you remain an active partner, so nothing is lost.
How long does my link track?
45 days from the last click on your link. If someone reads your post, leaves, and books within that window, the commission is attributed to you.
Do I need IATA or CLIA? (travel agents)
No. Because your client books separately on adventuro, this is a referral, not a bundled package, so IATA or CLIA accreditation is not required for the link model.
Is this allowed under my agency’s rules and bonding?
In most cases, yes, because it is a referral. The activity is not on your bonded package invoice, and your client pays adventuro directly. We give you a one-pager your head office can review. See the compliance section above.
How does approval work?
We review every application before issuing access. Once approved, you get your tracked link, the welcome kit and a Partner Circle invite, usually within a few days.
