Join a small-group semi-submarine and snorkeling adventure from Hurghada. Step into the panoramic underwater viewing room and enjoy clear views of the Red Sea’s colorful coral reefs and marine life through large viewing windows. Continue with a guided snorkeling stop before returning to the marina. The experience lasts around 3 hours and includes convenient hotel pickup and drop-off.
Once you board at the marina, the crew will welcome you and provide a short safety briefing before departure. Relax as the boat cruises across the Red Sea toward the selected viewing and snorkeling area.
Step into the panoramic underwater viewing room, where large windows offer clear views of colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and Red Sea marine life while you remain comfortably inside the semi-submarine.
After the underwater viewing experience, get ready for a guided snorkeling stop. Your guide will explain basic snorkeling techniques and safety procedures before entering the water and will remain nearby throughout the session. Life jackets are available for guests who prefer additional flotation, making the experience suitable for both beginners and confident swimmers.
Between activities, return to the boat to relax and enjoy the sea views. Snorkeling locations may vary depending on wind, waves, and sea conditions, with the captain selecting suitable sites to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The Hurghada hotel belt runs along Egypt's mid-Red Sea shoreline, with marinas and desert bases both within easy reach. Offshore reefs and island runs start at the jetty rather than from the hotel beach.
Hotel pickup covers the main Hurghada resort belt, though traffic along the coastal road can stretch collection windows on busy mornings. Be ready a few minutes early at reception, eat breakfast before an early departure, and give your hotel name when you book so the driver finds the right gate.
Most guests need no prior experience. You should be comfortable following a guide and happy with the physical side of the activity.
Dress for sun and activity: comfortable clothes and sturdy footwear. Say any medical conditions or dietary needs when you confirm your place.
Included transfers mean you are not hunting taxis or marina timings on activity morning. Local crews know the routes, reefs and marks they use week in, week out through the season.
Captains pick calmer sites when swell or wind builds, so you still get a good day on the water. That local knowledge matters on the Red Sea, where afternoon breeze is common in season.
We'll collect you from your Hurghada hotel and take you to the start point. Be ready with the kit listed for this session and any voucher details. The crew talk through safety, timing and how the snorkelling will run before you head out.
Step into the panoramic underwater viewing room and discover the beauty of the Red Sea without getting wet. Large viewing windows provide impressive views of colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and diverse marine life as the semi-submarine cruises through the clear waters. Relax comfortably inside while enjoying a unique underwater perspective suitable for guests of all ages.
The core of the day is guided snorkeling time in the Red Sea. Stay with your group, listen to the briefing and ask if you want a slower pace or extra help with kit. Listen to paddle commands, spacing advice or riding tips from your guide and stay with the group unless told otherwise.
Take a breather between active sections, drink water and check kit with your guide before continuing with the second part of the session. Your guide stays close throughout and can slow the pace if you want extra help with kit, spacing in the water or a quieter route on the trail.
After the last section you transfer back to your hotel in Hurghada. The whole experience is about 3 hours door to door, so keep the rest of your schedule flexible. Gather your belongings, thank the crew and double-check you have towels, dry clothes and anything you left on the boat or at the base before you leave.
Yes. Collection from hotels in the Hurghada area is part of this experience. Give your hotel name when you book so the driver can find the right gate, and be ready in the window you are given.
Build the whole 3-hour shape into your day rather than planning something tight immediately afterwards. Traffic along resort roads can slow the van.
No previous experience is required for this snorkelling. Your guide briefs you before you start and stays close while you try the activity.
Say if you are nervous or a weak swimmer so the crew can pace the session and offer flotation where it helps.
Light refreshments may be offered depending on the format. Carry water and a snack if you eat breakfast early.
Soft drinks beyond what is served may be extra. Bring cash if you want extras on the boat or at the base.
Practical kit is swimwear or comfortable clothes for the activity, sun protection and a towel. Closed shoes help on boats and in the desert.
A dry bag keeps phones off wet decks. Reef-safe sunscreen matters on long days in the Hurghada sun. Ask when you book if you need a slower pace or extra briefing time on the day.
Activity equipment is provided for the session. Bring your own mask or riding boots only if you prefer gear you already know.
Fit helmets, life jackets or harnesses before you start so you are not adjusting them mid-session. Ask when you book if you need a slower pace or extra briefing time on the day.
This runs for groups from 1 to 15 people. Smaller groups mean more attention from your guide on the water or in the dunes.
Private formats keep the whole boat or vehicle to your party. Follow the guide's spacing in the water and on trails.
About 3 hours including collection and the main activity time. Keep the whole window free rather than squeezing other plans around it.
A late appearance at reception or the meeting point shortens time on the activity because the session leaves with the group.
Families are welcome when children are comfortable with the activity format. Infant seats may be available on transfers where listed.
Say ages when you book so the crew can plan seating, kit sizes and pacing on the water or in the desert.
This activity needs workable conditions. If wind, sea state or sand storms rule it out, the crew may reschedule or switch sites.
You will be told as early as they can once morning conditions are clear. Have a loose plan for the rest of the day.
Give your hotel name and a reachable phone number when you book. We'll confirm the pickup window or meeting pin closer to the day.
Notes are the place for dietary needs, ages, or a later pickup if you have an evening plan after the session.
