Had a great time learning my Part A of the PADI Open Water course. Instructor was great and easy to understand

The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular scuba certification, allowing divers to explore depths of up to 18 metres anywhere in the world. Whether you're looking to dive on holiday, explore UK dive sites, or begin your journey in scuba diving, this course provides you with the essential skills and knowledge to dive safely and confidently.
The PADI Open Water course is divided into two parts:
In PART A, you’ll learn the fundamentals of scuba diving in our heated training pool in Chertsey. This session, guided by one of our expert instructors, focuses on core diving skills, safety procedures, and equipment use.
Once you complete PART A, you’re ready for your qualifying open water dives. These take place at Wraysbury Dive Lake near Heathrow, where you’ll repeat the skills mastered in the pool under real-world diving conditions.
We also offer an upgraded version of PART B, where the second training day is held at Vobster Quay near Frome, Somerset—a fantastic dive site with additional exploration opportunities.
• Lake entrance fees - £15 per day
• Scuba cylinder air fills at the lake - £7.00 each (X3)
Payable on the day.
Yes, PART A must be completed first, as it covers the essential skills and theory required for the open water dives.
Yes, if you have completed the PADI referral course elsewhere we will continue your training from where you left off.
This course is for beginners with no prior diving experience who want to become certified PADI Open Water Divers and dive up to 18 metres worldwide.
