PART B – Open Water Completion (This Course) Once you complete PART A, you’re ready for your qualifying open water dives. These take place at Wraysbury Dive Lake near Heathrow, where you’ll repeat the skills mastered in the pool under real-world diving conditions. We also offer an upgraded version of PART B, where the second training day is held at Vobster Quay near Frome, Somerset—a fantastic dive site with additional exploration opportunities. What to Expect in PART B Meet at the dive school in Chertsey (full details provided after booking) Morning briefing – overview of the day's schedule & dive plan Kit allocation & setup Two open water dives per day (each lasting approximately 1 hour) At least a 1-hour surface interval between dives Demonstration & evaluation of skills mastered in the pool Exploration of the dive site Return to the school for debrief & kit wash-down Important Information Transport: The school does not provide transport to the open water dive sites. We will try to arrange car shares with other students, but if this isn’t possible, you’ll need to make your own way there. Certification: Upon completion of both PART A & PART B , you will receive your PADI Open Water Diver certification , allowing you to dive worldwide up to 18 metres .
