We'll run a private paintball day for your team, with a dedicated host on the maps and the field kept to your company. Play at Cobham or Crawley, and choose a shorter social or a full team day.
Your host runs check-in, kit, and a safety briefing covering markers, distances, and how the private games will work, then sets team missions and head-to-head rounds on woodland maps. Because the session is private, timings can flex around your working day more than a public morning or afternoon slot would. The host stays with the group, keeps score, and adjusts the pace so mixed-ability teams stay involved.
Half day uses 500 paintballs per person across a shorter set of maps over about 3.5 hours. Full day uses 1000 paintballs and more rounds over about 6.5 hours. All-inclusive adds lunch and armoured gloves so you are not organising catering separately. Extra paint can be bought on the day if anyone wants more than the allocation.
The Cobham site is at Brick Kiln Farm, Old Lane, KT11 1NL. Look for Brick Kiln Farm signs on two large wooden fences with silver gates, then follow the dirt track for about 400 metres to the car park. The what3words pin is poppy.events.flesh.
The Crawley site is on Selsfield Road, RH19 4QS. Look for a single-track entrance beside a Missing Link Brewery sign, then turn right into the car park. Both sites run the same corporate packages, paint allocations, and private-game format, so choose the one that cuts travel time for most of the team.
Plan for a minimum of 8 players, aged 16 or over. Tell us if your company policy is 18+ so we can brief marshals accordingly. No previous paintball experience is required.
Staff should be able to move on woodland ground and follow marshal instructions. If you are under 8 people, ask about joining another format or holding a smaller private slot before you travel.
Private games are included rather than sold as an extra, which keeps the day to your company. Four clear packages cover a short social or a full team day, with lunch available as an upgrade so catering does not sit with the organiser.
The same format runs at Cobham and Crawley, so you can pick the site that is easier for staff without changing the package. Extra paint is available on the day if anyone wants more than the allocation.

Yes. Corporate packages are run as private games with a dedicated event host, so you are not mixed with public walk-up groups. Private games are included rather than charged as a separate field hire.
Tell us your headcount and preferred start time when you book. Flexible timings are part of the corporate format, especially midweek.
Half day classic includes 500 paintballs over about 3.5 hours. Half day all-inclusive adds lunch plus armoured gloves to keep. Full day classic includes 1000 paintballs over about 6.5 hours. Full day all-inclusive adds lunch and gloves on top of that longer day.
Pick the option that matches the length of day you want. Keep the whole group on the same half day or full day package.

We take groups from 8 to 100 or more. Send a larger headcount if you are planning a whole-company day and we'll advise on maps and staggered starts.
You'll need a minimum of 8 players for a private game. If you are under 8, ask about joining another format or holding a smaller private slot.
Players need to be 16 or over. If your company policy requires 18+, say so when you book so we can brief marshals.
No previous paintball experience is needed. The host runs a safety briefing before the first game and stays with the group throughout the day.
Classic includes entry, equipment hire, paint allocation, private games, a dedicated host, and a safety briefing. All-inclusive adds lunch and armoured gloves that players keep.
Transport, extra paint beyond the allocation, and personal insurance are not included. Extra paint is sold on the day if anyone wants more than the package amount.
You can change the date free of charge with at least 7 days notice. Contact us as soon as numbers or the date moves.
If we have to cancel for severe weather or too few players, you can rebook or receive a full refund of payments made.
Games usually run in light rain. Ask staff to wear layers and boots. Marshals stop play only if conditions are unsafe.
There is no indoor backup arena. All-inclusive lunch is the main sit-down pause in a full or half day.
Half day is about 3.5 hours. Full day is about 6.5 hours. We can flex start and finish times around your working day rather than locking you to a public morning or afternoon slot.
If you need a later start or an earlier finish for trains, tell us when you pick Cobham or Crawley.
Yes. Tell us if you need a larger group, both sites, extra paint, or something else around the four standard packages, and we'll put a plan together.
We'll agree those details with you before the day so the timings, extras, and what the group can expect are clear for everyone.

About the centre
Cobham
Woodland paintball days run from two South East sites, with six purpose-built game maps, trained marshals on every session, and full protective kit included. Groups range from first-timers to mixed-ability parties, with loot crates, boss battles, and MVP rewards built into the games rather than added as extras.
The Cobham site is at Brick Kiln Farm, Old Lane, with parking on the farm track. The Crawley site is on Selsfield Road, next to Missing Link Brewery. Both offer the same packages for kids' parties, adult groups, corporate days, and school trips, with morning, afternoon, and full-day windows.
