We'll take your school or college group onto woodland maps for a private paintball trip, with hosts running the briefing, kit, and games so teaching staff can stay with the students rather than organise the day. You can play at Cobham or Crawley, whichever is easier for the coach.
Hosts meet the coach at Cobham or Crawley, check numbers, kit students out, and run a safety briefing covering markers, distances, and how the private games will run before anyone goes onto a map. Games are structured and supervised throughout, with simple objectives so mixed-ability year groups can take part. Teaching staff can stay with the group without having to run the scenarios themselves.
The session stays private to your school and runs for 3.5 hours with 500 paintballs per student. Midweek dates usually need 1 to 2 weeks notice, and Saturdays are also offered. Put the coach arrival time in when you book so briefing is not rushed, and build a little spare time into departure in case kit return takes longer.
The Cobham site is at Brick Kiln Farm, Old Lane, KT11 1NL. Look for Brick Kiln Farm signs on two large wooden fences with silver gates, then follow the dirt track for about 400 metres to the car park. Coaches should allow extra time after the gates. The what3words pin is poppy.events.flesh.
The Crawley site is on Selsfield Road, RH19 4QS. Look for a single-track entrance beside a Missing Link Brewery sign, then turn right into the car park. Both sites run the same school package, kit, and private supervised format, so choose the one that is easier for the coach and for collection afterwards.
Students need to be 11 or over and able to follow marshal instructions on woodland ground. No previous paintball experience is required.
Teaching staff should remain on site for the whole session. Under 16s need a responsible adult for declarations. Put year group size, staff numbers, and any special requirements in when you book.
School trips stay private, hosts run the games, and the same package is available at Cobham or Crawley, which makes trip planning simpler. Kit and 500 paintballs are included, so staff are not hiring extras on the morning of the trip.
We can talk through start times, coach drop-off, and special requirements if you put those in when you book. Extra paint is available on the day if a few students want more than the allocation.

Yes. School trips are run as private groups with dedicated event hosts, so students are not mixed into public adult sessions. Private games are included rather than charged as an extra.
Hosts help with the briefing, kit, and game structure so teaching staff can supervise rather than run the maps themselves.
You'll have a 3.5 hour half day, with full kit and 500 paintballs each. Extra paint can be bought on the day if needed.
If you need a longer day or a different start time, tell us when you book and we'll see what we can do.
Yes. Choose Cobham (KT11 1NL) or Crawley (RH19 4QS). Kit, paint allocation, and the private supervised format are the same at both sites.
Cobham is Brick Kiln Farm, Old Lane, via a signed farm track. Crawley is on Selsfield Road, entrance beside the Missing Link Brewery sign. Pick the site that is easier for the coach.
Students need to be 11 or over. Teaching staff should stay on site for the whole session. Under 16s need a responsible adult for declarations.
We'll talk through any extra paperwork the school needs when you book.
Midweek school bookings usually need 1 to 2 weeks notice so we can allocate hosts and maps. Saturday dates are available too, and can fill faster.
Send preferred dates, headcount, and site choice in one go so we can confirm what is free.
Tell us your year group size and the number of staff when you book. We'll plan hosts and maps around that.
Large groups are welcome with a bit of notice. Very small groups should check with us so we can confirm the private slot.
You can change the date free of charge with at least 7 days notice. Contact us as soon as a trip date moves.
If we have to cancel for severe weather or too few players, you can rebook or receive a full refund of payments made.
Games usually run in light rain. Ask students to wear layers, boots, and bring a spare pair of socks. Marshals stop play only if conditions are unsafe.
There is no indoor arena. Build a little spare time into the coach schedule in case briefing or kit takes longer in wet weather.
Protective overalls, head and face protection, markers, a safety briefing, marshals, and 500 paintballs per student are included. The session is fully supervised.
Transport, packed lunches, extra paint, and personal insurance are not included unless you have agreed something separately with us.
Yes. We're used to school paperwork and can talk through start times, special requirements, and coach drop-off.
Put those needs in when you book, along with the site (Cobham or Crawley), so they are not an afterthought on the morning of the trip.

About the centre
Cobham
Woodland paintball days run from two South East sites, with six purpose-built game maps, trained marshals on every session, and full protective kit included. Groups range from first-timers to mixed-ability parties, with loot crates, boss battles, and MVP rewards built into the games rather than added as extras.
The Cobham site is at Brick Kiln Farm, Old Lane, with parking on the farm track. The Crawley site is on Selsfield Road, next to Missing Link Brewery. Both offer the same packages for kids' parties, adult groups, corporate days, and school trips, with morning, afternoon, and full-day windows.
