Enjoy a private kitesurfing session along Hurghada Red Sea coast. Your 2-hour experience includes equipment, hotel pickup and instructor-led practice adapted to your experience level and wind conditions
Steady wind off Hurghada coast sets the tone as your instructor lays out the kite, checks the lines and walks you through the bar on the beach. Single sessions pack bar work and water time into a couple of focused hours; multi-day bookings repeat the same rhythm each morning while your skills build. Pace follows what you already know, from first pull on land through body-drag and riding when conditions allow.
In the shallows you work kite control with the instructor beside you, feeling the pull shift as you steer and recover. Chop on the Red Sea keeps things lively without sending you far offshore. When the session ends the kite comes down, kit is packed, and you leave the beach with salt on your skin and the buzz of wind still in your ears.
Hurghada sits on Egypt's Red Sea with open water and regular thermal wind, which is why kite sessions run from a beach close to the hotel strip rather than a remote lagoon camp. Open water off the resort coast gives space to work in the shallows without a long inland transfer. Conditions still have to be usable: too light or too strong and the slot may move.
Resort life in Hurghada is built around the sea, so a kite morning can sit beside a quieter afternoon if you leave the wind window clear. After pack-down you return to the hotel with salt on your kit and the rest of the day free. Share your resort name so the van can fit you into the morning or afternoon run. Guests staying outside the usual hotel strip should wait for confirmation that collection still applies.
No kite qualification is required. Confident swimming, comfort in chop, and following an instructor on a windy beach are what matter. Sessions are private, so first-timers and guests who already ride can use the same format at a pace that fits. Minimum age is 6; children should be happy in the water and able to follow an instructor on the beach and in the shallows.
Swimwear under a rash vest or light layer you can get wet works well, plus shoes you can slip off on the beach. Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel and a dry layer for the transfer back are worth bringing. Valuables are safest in the hotel safe. Share how many people will ride so the team can plan boards and kite sizes.
Matching time on the water to your stay happens when you book, without changing instructor style. Hotel pickup and school kit (kite, board, harness, lines, and a helmet or buoyancy aid as provided at the beach) keep the day simple to join. Your group stays with the instructor throughout rather than joining a large school queue.
Pace runs from a first bar pull through to more riding if the wind and your comfort allow. If the wind is too light or too strong, the start time may shift or you may move to another slot. Stay reachable on the morning of the lesson so any change of pickup time can reach you before you leave the hotel.
Hotel pickup in Hurghada is followed by a transfer to the kite beach. Meet the instructor, check wind and kit sizes, and hear a brief on the bar, lines and safety release.
Use this time to say how much kite time you already have so the session can start on land or in the shallows.
You work with the instructor in the shallows: kite control, body-drag or water start depending on your level, then riding time if the wind and your comfort allow.
Stay with the instructor's plan rather than chasing bigger kites on a first session.
Pack down the kite, dry off and transfer back to your Hurghada hotel on the same pickup run.
All options are private kite lessons in Hurghada with hotel pickup, an instructor and kit. The difference is time on the water: a 2-hour session, a 3-hour session, two days of about 3 hours each, three days totalling about 9 hours, or four days of the same private-lesson format.
Choose a single session if you want a first go. Choose two, three or four days if you want consecutive practice with the same instructor style.
Hotel pickup and drop-off in the Hurghada area is included on every length. You will be given a pickup window so you can be ready in reception.
If you are staying outside the usual hotel strip, share your address when you confirm your place so the team can say whether collection still applies.

Say how many people will ride so the team can plan boards and kite sizes.
The meeting point is your hotel in Hurghada for pickup, then a transfer to the kite beach. You return to the same hotel after the session.
If you prefer to make your own way, ask for the beach meeting point when your place is confirmed rather than guessing a pin on a map.
