First-time flyers and guests who want a bird's-eye view can strap into a harness and rise above Hurghada Red Sea coast on a short parasail flight. Hotel pickup is included. The crew fit a life jacket on the boat, then winch you up for a view of the hotel strip, typically up to about 50 meters. Fly solo or tandem; no previous experience is required.
Spray off the bow hits your legs as the tow boat gathers speed and the canopy rises behind you. On deck the crew clip your harness, run through hand signals and send you up in a few smooth pulls while Hurghada hotel strip shrinks below. Solo or tandem, you sit still in the harness and let the winch do the work.
Several stories above the Red Sea the coast spreads out in a wide panorama of resorts, water and pale desert beyond. The flight itself is brief but vivid, sometimes with a splash on the way down before you touch the deck again. Back on the boat the crew unclip you and the outing winds down with damp clothes and a grin.
Hurghada long hotel belt faces open Red Sea water, which is why a short tow can run just off the resort coast rather than heading for a distant island. The view from the harness is the hotel strip and the nearshore water, not a full-day cruise. Wind and sea state still have to be usable before the crew will launch.
Resort days here are built around the water, so a short flight can sit beside a beach morning if you leave the transfer window clear. After landing you are back at the hotel with the rest of the day free. Share your resort name so the driver can fit you into the run. Guests staying outside the usual hotel strip should wait for confirmation that collection still applies.
No flying qualification is required. Sitting in a harness over water and getting wet should feel comfortable. The crew handle the harness, tow and landing, so first-timers can join without prior air time. Tell the crew if you would rather fly tandem than solo.
Swimwear under a cover-up works well, plus shoes you can slip off on the boat. A towel, sunscreen and a dry layer for the transfer back are worth bringing. Valuables are safest in the hotel safe. Young guests can join if they are happy in a harness over water; tandem is the usual setup for a child flying with an adult.
Your parasailing gear and crew-operated winch are all part of one easy outing from the marina. Solo and tandem guests share the same launch process, with the flight taking place close to the Hurghada coastline for a simple, focused experience.
The crew will assess sea and weather conditions before each launch. If conditions are not suitable, your start time may be adjusted or moved to another available slot on the same day.
Meet the crew at the marina and get ready for your boat experience. Wear swimwear under a cover-up and bring a towel for after the activity.
On the boat the crew fit a life jacket and harness and talk through the launch. You can fly solo or tandem. Sit still while they winch you up, typically to about 50 metres, for a view of the Hurghada coast.
Expect spray on the way up or a brief dip toward the water on the way down.
The crew will bring you safely back to the deck, remove your harness, and return by boat to the marina.
