Fish the Red Sea morning, then snorkel from a private speedboat on this Hurghada outing with hotel collection included. The crew help with rods and point you toward reef time between fishing stops.
Rods lean over the gunwale as the speedboat holds position off Hurghada and the crew help you cast into the morning water. With a maximum of eight guests on board, there is room to fish from both sides without crowding the deck.
Once the lines come in, the boat shifts to a reef patch where masks and fins are ready for a snorkel among coral and reef fish. Spray, sun and the quick hop between spots keep the four hours moving at a lively pace.
The boat runs off the Hurghada coast, using nearshore fishing ground and a reef stop rather than a town beach. Exact sites change with the sea and with how the fish are moving, so the crew pick the morning's spots rather than a fixed pin on a map. The speedboat hop is part of the outing, with spray and a quicker ride than a large day cruiser. A small boat feels chop more than a packed day boat, which is worth knowing before you book a four-hour window.
Collection covers the usual Hurghada resort belt. Distances along the strip mean pickup windows can stretch, so be ready early and wear clothes that can get wet. Tell us your hotel when you confirm so pickup runs smoothly. Traffic along the strip can slow the van, and a late start shortens the water window. Semi-private here means you still share the boat with other guests unless your party fills the seats; it is not a fully private charter.
No previous fishing or snorkeling is required. You should be happy on a small fast boat and in the sea beside it. Say if you have never used a mask so they can stay close on the first dip.
Wear swimwear under a cover-up, bring a towel and sun protection, and eat before pickup because lunch is not included. Keep the rest of the morning or afternoon free so the four-hour window is not squeezed around other plans. Secure sunglasses and a hat that will not blow off, and pack a dry bag for phones on wet seats. Soft shoes that can get wet help on the boat ladder. You don't need your own rods or snorkel kit.
Hotel collection and a cap of eight guests keep the four hours more compact than a packed day boat. The crew run the fishing and the snorkel on the same outing rather than splitting them across two half-days. Rods and snorkel kit come from the boat, so you follow one team from the marina to the reef and back to the hotel on the same run. Pickup covers the usual Hurghada resort belt, which saves a separate taxi to the marina.
If the run is too rough, the crew may delay or change the plan rather than forcing a small boat through a poor sea. You will be told as early as they can once morning conditions are clear. That is a better outcome than sitting through chop with no time left for the reef. The same crew stay with you for both water sessions instead of leaving you to find the snorkel spot alone.
We'll collect you from your Hurghada hotel and takes you to the boat. Be ready in the pickup window with swim kit and a towel. The speedboat then runs out to the fishing ground, so expect spray and a quicker hop than a large day cruiser.
The crew set you up with a rod and stay with you while you fish. Follow their brief on casting and on what you may keep. Treat a catch as luck. The boat then moves to a reef for the snorkel.
After the last dip you run back to Hurghada and transfer to your hotel. Keep the boat in sight when you surface. The whole outing is about four hours door to door.
Yes. Collection from hotels in the Hurghada area is part of this outing. Give your hotel name when you book so the driver can find the right gate, and be ready in the window you are given because traffic along the strip can slow the van.
The four hours include the speedboat run, fishing time, a snorkel stop and the return. Arriving late at reception cuts into time on the water.
Semi-private here means a small group, with a maximum of eight people on this product, rather than a large day boat packed with dozens of guests. You still share the boat with other guests unless your party fills the seats.
It is not a fully private charter. The crew stay with you for the fishing and the snorkel rather than leaving you to find the reef alone.
No previous fishing or snorkelling is required. Rods and a short brief come from the crew. Say if you have never used a mask so they can stay close on the first dip.
You should be happy on a small fast boat and in the sea beside it. Life jackets are the sensible choice if you are not a confident swimmer. Stay where you can see the boat when you surface.
Lunch is not included. Eat before you leave the hotel, and carry water and a small snack if you want something between pickup and return.
Do not rely on a sit-down meal on the boat. What you catch is not a cooked lunch on board.
Yes. Masks, fins and a snorkel come from the boat. You do not need your own kit.
Life jackets are the sensible choice if you are not a confident swimmer. Follow the crew on where you can go in the water and keep the boat in sight when you surface.
Wear swimwear under a cover-up, a towel and dry clothes for the ride back. The speedboat throws spray, so expect to get damp even before you snorkel.
Secure sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat that will not blow off. A dry bag keeps phones off wet seats. Soft shoes that can get wet help on the boat ladder.
The crew take you to fishing spots off Hurghada, then a snorkel on a reef. Exact sites change with the sea and with how the fish are moving. Treat a catch as luck rather than a promise.
Follow the crew on where you can snorkel and where the reef is too shallow for fins. Do not wander out of sight of the boat.
Rods and a basic brief are part of the outing. The crew help with bait, casting and landing if you have never fished. You do not need your own kit.
What you may keep or release is a crew decision on the day. Do not assume a fish barbecue on the boat unless they say so.
The day needs a workable sea. A small speedboat feels chop more than a large day boat. If the run is too rough, the crew may delay or change the plan. You will be told as early as they can once morning conditions are clear.
Have a loose plan for the rest of the day so a weather hold does not wreck the whole morning. Four hours still needs a clear window on the water.
Plan around four hours door to door, including pickup, fishing time, the snorkel and the return. Keep a little extra time either side so you are not rushing back.
Arriving late at reception cuts into time on the water because the boat leaves with the group.
