Orange Island sits in Hurghada Bay as a sand-and-reef stop reached by speedboat, with a short parasail flight over the Red Sea built into the same four-hour outing. We collect you from your hotel, and the island pause is a beach stop rather than an overnight stay.
Spray and speed carry you across Hurghada Bay toward a pale sandbar where the boat ties up and the crew fit your harness for a short parasail flight. You rise over turquoise water with the coast behind you, then land back on deck before stepping onto the sand.
White sand underfoot and shallow reef fringe the island pause, with time to wade into clear water and look at coral close to shore. The speedboat run home closes the morning with the same quick hop across the bay.
Orange Island sits off Hurghada as a sand-and-reef stop used by small boats rather than a town beach. There may be other boats at the same sandbar, and facilities on the stop are simple, so do not plan around a sit-down meal. The speedboat run is part of the outing, with spray and a quicker hop than a large day boat. Keep the boat in sight when you are in the water, and follow the crew on where you can stand on the sand without walking on coral.
Collection covers the usual Hurghada resort belt. Distances along the strip mean pickup windows can stretch, so be ready early at reception and wear clothes that can get wet. Tell us your hotel when you confirm so pickup runs smoothly. Traffic along the strip can slow the van, and a late start shortens the water window. The four hours include pickup, the run, time at the island and the return, so treat the morning as one block rather than a short marina visit.
No previous parasailing experience is needed. You should be happy on a small fast boat, sitting in a harness over water, and getting wet from spray before you even fly. Tell the crew if you would rather fly tandem than solo. Mention ages when you confirm your place. A four-hour speedboat run is a long sit for very young children even if they stay dry. The crew will advise on the day if a child is ready for the harness or for time in the sea beside the boat.
Wear swimwear under a cover-up, bring a towel and sun protection, and eat before pickup because lunch is not included on this outing. Keep the rest of the morning free so the four-hour window is not squeezed around other plans. Secure sunglasses and a hat that will not blow off, and pack a dry bag for phones on wet seats. Soft shoes that can get wet help on the island and the boat ladder. Leave valuables in the hotel safe rather than on an open deck.
Hotel collection and a four-hour island-and-parasail mix keep the outing compact from a Hurghada hotel. The crew run the winch and stay with the group on the water rather than leaving you to find the reef alone. You get the boat run, a short flight and time at the sandbar in one half-day, which is easier than stitching those pieces together yourself. Pickup covers the usual resort belt, so most hotel guests can join without arranging a separate taxi to the marina.
A small speedboat feels chop more than a large day boat, and the crew will delay or change the plan if the run is too rough. You will be told as early as they can once morning conditions are clear. That is a better outcome than forcing a flight in a poor sea. The island stop stays inside the four-hour window, so you are back at the hotel without giving up a full day.
We'll collect you from your Hurghada hotel and takes you to the boat. Be ready in the pickup window with swim kit and a towel. The speedboat then runs out toward Orange Island, so expect spray and a quicker hop than a large day cruiser.
At Orange Island the crew fit a harness and life jacket for a short parasail, typically a few minutes at about 40 to 50 meters. Sit still while they winch you up. You can usually fly solo or tandem, depending how the boat is set.
Time on the sand is a beach and reef stop, not a hotel stay. Follow the crew on where you can go in the water. After the island you run back to Hurghada and transfer to your hotel. The whole outing is about four hours door to door.
Yes. Collection from hotels in the Hurghada area is part of this outing. Give your hotel name when you book so the driver can find the right gate, and be ready in the window you are given because traffic along the strip can slow the van.
The four hours include the speedboat run to Orange Island, time at the island and the return. Arriving late at reception cuts into time on the water.
The named stops are a speedboat run to Orange Island and a parasail over the Red Sea. Reef time at the island is part of the water window, so expect time to look at coral from the boat or in the shallows, depending how the crew run the morning.
Treat extra water sports as what is actually offered on the day, not a fixed menu. Parasailing and the island run are the core of the four hours.
No previous parasailing experience is needed. The crew fit a harness and life jacket and run the winch. You sit in the harness while they send you up and bring you back to the deck.
You should be happy sitting over water and getting splashed on the way up or down. Tell the crew if you would rather fly tandem than solo.
Lunch is not included on this four-hour outing. Eat before you leave the hotel, and carry water and a small snack if you want something between pickup and return.
Do not rely on a sit-down meal at the island. Facilities on a sandbar stop are simple.
Share ages when you confirm your place. The crew will advise on the day if a child is ready for the harness or for time in the sea beside the boat.
A four-hour speedboat run is a long sit for very young children even if they stay dry.
Wear swimwear under a cover-up, plus shoes you can slip off on the boat. Bring a towel, sunscreen and a dry layer for the return. The speedboat throws spray, so expect to get damp before you snorkel or fly.
Secure sunglasses and a hat that will not blow off. A dry bag keeps phones off wet seats. Soft shoes that can get wet help on the island and the boat ladder.
Orange Island is a sand-and-reef stop used by small boats, not a hotel stay. There may be other boats at the same sandbar. Follow the crew on where you can snorkel and where the reef is too shallow for fins.
Keep the boat in sight. Facilities are simple. Time on the sand is a beach stop inside the four hours, not an extra half-day.
This is a four-hour speedboat to Orange Island with a parasail. It is not the shorter fly-only parasail from a Hurghada hotel, and it is not the four-hour Abo Munkar run.
Choose this trip if you want the island plus a flight. Pick the parasail-only trip if you only need the lift.
The day needs a workable sea. A small speedboat feels chop more than a large day boat. If the run is too rough, the crew may delay or change the plan. You will be told as early as they can once morning conditions are clear.
Have a loose plan for the rest of the day so a weather hold does not wreck the whole morning. Four hours still needs a clear window on the water.
Plan around four hours door to door, including pickup, the run to the island, the parasail and the return. The flight itself is a short tow.
Keep a little extra time either side so you are not rushing back for another plan. Arriving late at reception cuts into time at the island.
