Changing rooms and showers are available for after your session, and there are also options to hire wetsuits at an additional charge. Upton Warren sits near Bromsgrove in Worcestershire, centred around a 20-acre spring-fed lake that is regularly tested for water quality. All paddleboarding sessions are supervised by our qualified team, with full rescue cover provided for your peace of mind.
The site is easily accessible, with two on-site car parks and additional overflow parking at Webb’s Garden Centre. The area is home to a variety of local wildlife, including ducks and geese, adding to the experience while you enjoy your session.
Participants should bring swimwear or water-friendly attire, towels, and closed-toe water shoes. Waterproof cameras are allowed but must be secured by a chest harness.
As a place that caters to all abilities, whether you're here for a fun family activity or to improve your water skills, the friendly and professional team ensures a safe and relaxed environment. From the carefully supervised sessions to the high standard of equipment, you can trust the team to provide an enjoyable and secure experience.
Please bring swimwear or water-friendly attire, a towel, closed-toe water shoes, a spare change of clothes, sun cream, and a warm hat or sun hat.
You can also hire a wetsuit, which is available at both Aztec Adventure Upton Warren and Aztec Adventure Lower Moor. If you are bringing a waterproof camera, please secure it with a chest harness as we cannot be held responsible for lost devices.
Rain does not affect your session; you will still be able to take part. Since you will get wet anyway, it can even be more fun in the rain!
If the weather becomes unsafe, such as lightning or thunder, the session will pause until conditions improve. You’ll be given options to rebook or request a refund if a session is cancelled.
Should Aztec Adventure Ltd, for reasons beyond their control (including high winds, lightning storms and icy conditions*), feel it is necessary to close the activity once your party have already commenced participation, you will be offered alternative activities, times or dates to return within one year and rescheduled free of charge.
Alternatively, you may opt to receive a gift card for the full value of your booking, which can be used to rebook at a date and time that suits your group within 12 months.
In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund, in part or whole.
*In all other weather conditions, we operate as normal and standard conditions apply.
