The activity is based at Upton Warren in Worcestershire, set on a 20-acre spring-fed lake that is regularly tested for water quality. All sessions are supervised by our qualified team, with full rescue cover in place to ensure your safety throughout.
The site is easily accessible, offering free parking for all guests, including designated spaces for disabled users, with overflow parking available across the road at Webb’s Garden Centre. After your session, you can use the on-site changing rooms and showers to freshen up.
Participants must be at least 8 years old to hire a double kayak without an adult. Children aged 3+ can join if accompanied by an adult. All participants must be able to fit the provided safety equipment, and the combined weight limit for the double sit-on-top kayak is typically around 200 kg (31 stone).
Basic swimming skills are required for safety, and suitable water-friendly clothing or a wetsuit is recommended (wetsuits are available for hire).

Rain does not affect your session; you will still be able to take part. Since you will get wet anyway, it can even be more fun in the rain!
If the weather becomes unsafe, such as lightning or thunder, the session will pause until conditions improve. You’ll be given options to rebook or request a refund if a session is cancelled.
Should Aztec Adventure Ltd, for reasons beyond their control (including high winds, lightning storms and icy conditions*), feel it is necessary to close the activity once your party have already commenced participation, you will be offered alternative activities, times or dates to return within one year and rescheduled free of charge.
Alternatively, you may opt to receive a gift card for the full value of your booking, which can be used to rebook at a date and time that suits your group within 12 months.
In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund, in part or whole.
