With full supervision and safety measures in place, you can explore the area at your own pace.
As you paddle, you may spot wildlife around the lake, such as ducks, geese, and fish. The water quality is regularly tested, and safety cover is always in place. Sessions continue in light rain, but if lightning is observed, the session will pause until it’s safe to continue.
Located within The Springs Holiday Park in Lower Moor, Worcestershire, this site sits on a 6-acre spring-fed lake that is regularly tested for water quality. All water activities are overseen by our qualified team, with full rescue cover in place to ensure your safety.
The peaceful setting is easy to navigate, with signage guiding you to the kayak hire area. Ample free parking is available on site for all visitors.
All participants should be able to fit into the provided safety gear, including buoyancy aids. While basic swimming skills are recommended, non-swimmers can still join with an adult present.
The team prioritises safety and fun, with qualified staff offering supervision and rescue cover throughout your session. This approach helps ensure that all guests can fully relax and enjoy their time on the water.
Rain does not affect your session; you will still be able to take part. Since you will get wet anyway, it can even be more fun in the rain!
If the weather becomes unsafe, such as lightning or thunder, the session will pause until conditions improve. You’ll be given options to rebook or request a refund if a session is cancelled.
Should Aztec Adventure Ltd, for reasons beyond their control (including high winds, lightning storms and icy conditions*), feel it is necessary to close the activity once your party have already commenced participation, you will be offered alternative activities, times or dates to return within one year and rescheduled free of charge.
Alternatively, you may opt to receive a gift card for the full value of your booking, which can be used to rebook at a date and time that suits your group within 12 months.
In such circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund, in part or whole.
*In all other weather conditions, we operate as normal and standard conditions apply.
