Prepare to elevate your biking skills with our exhilarating Jumping Workshop, crafted to take your technique to new heights.
Our Jumping Workshop is a comprehensive 3-hour journey into advanced biking skills. Led by qualified instructors, you'll begin with a detailed review of body positioning essentials. From there, you'll progress through intensive drills focusing on mastering manual techniques, perfecting bunnyhops, and refining advanced pumping methods.
The workshop culminates in an exploration of jump techniques, where you'll learn to assess different types of jumps and apply techniques like squashing, popping, and sending. Expect hands-on practice, personalised feedback, and a supportive atmosphere designed to foster confidence and skill development.
Our workshops take place in the gorgeous settings of Ashton Court & Leigh Woods. Ashton Court, with its rolling parklands, offers a mix of open spaces and wooded trails, perfect for practicing jumps and honing biking skills.
Leigh Woods, located nearby, provides a variety of challenging terrains, including technical singletrack and natural features that are ideal for developing and testing advanced jumping techniques.
To ensure you get the most out of the workshop, we recommend previous experience with our coaching methods, such as our bespoke 2-hour session or Fundamentals course. This foundational knowledge will enhance your understanding and readiness to tackle advanced skills.
At our centre, we prioritise safety and skill development. Our instructors combine extensive qualifications with a deep understanding of bike physics, continuously refining coaching theories to deliver effective and engaging sessions.
We pride ourselves on breaking down advanced skills into manageable steps, ensuring that every participant, regardless of skill level, can achieve tangible progress in their jumping abilities.
Yes, we offer bike hire for a flat rate of £10 for public or bespoke sessions starting at Ashton Court. Please inform us as soon as possible via the contact details on your booking confirmation after booking to ensure availability.
