### I don't have a bike, can I hire one for a skills session?

Yes, we offer bike hire for a flat rate of £10 for public or bespoke sessions starting at Ashton Court. Please inform us as soon as possible via the contact details on your booking confirmation after booking to ensure availability.

### What happens if it rains before my skills session?

We conduct courses in all weather conditions, and the trails at Ashton Court and Leigh Woods are suitable for various weather. However, we may cancel or postpone sessions due to dangerous weather conditions or heavy snow. In such cases, you will be entitled to a refund or the option to reschedule.

### What should I bring with me for a coaching session?

### Which trails do you use for coaching?

We mainly use the trails at Ashton Court and Leigh Woods near Bristol for our coaching sessions, with advanced sessions held at the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. If the course requires different terrain, we can arrange sessions at other nearby trails. The nearest postcode for Ashton Court trail centre and main car park is BS8 3PX. Please note that sat nav may only take you to the main road outside the estate; we are located inside the top entrance of the estate next to the golf course.
