In the swimming pool, you’ll practise core skills such as regulator recovery, mask clearing, buoyancy control, and safe ascents until you’re confident and consistent.

The final stage includes four open water dives in the sea. Here, you’ll apply your skills in real diving conditions under instructor supervision. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a worldwide recognised certification allowing you to dive with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18 metres.
