Our full-day Paddlesport Safety and Rescue course is structured to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience. Participants will discuss and understand the essential gear needed for safe paddling, learn key safety principles and frameworks, practice hands-on techniques for rescuing others and towing, gain confidence in self-rescue techniques in sheltered water environments, perform and practice rescues in deeper water scenarios, and reflect on the skills learned to identify areas for further development.
