The course spans three days, covering a wide range of topics essential for workplace first aid.
On the first day, participants will learn about legalities, responsibilities, and reporting, along with the control of bleeding, handling poisoning incidents, and managing asthma attacks and unresponsive casualties.
The second day focuses on dealing with shock, including anaphylaxis, bandaging techniques, managing diabetes, treating fractures and spinal injuries, and handling heart attacks.
The final day covers choking, stroke, resuscitation and AED awareness, head and eye injuries, burns, assessing situations, sprains and strains, chest injuries, and epilepsy management.

Participants must be at least 14 years old to enrol in the course. To take on workplace first aid responsibilities, participants must be 16 or older. No prior experience in first aid is necessary, making this course suitable for beginners as well as those looking to refresh their skills.
