We also run courses at: Lee Valley White Water Centre (EN9 1AB) The National White Water Centre (LL23 7NU) Holme Pierrepont White Water (LL23 7NU) We also travel to individuals and clubs to run training and assessments, covering most of England, up to Nottingham and Wales. ### What should I bring with me?

Please bring the following items to ensure a productive and comfortable experience: Paddling Gear: Personal paddling clothing, including a buoyancy aid, helmet, suitable footwear, and appropriate paddling attire. Safety Equipment: A towline or tow system, throwline, webbing (sewn or unsewn sling), large carabiner, whistle, and knife. If you don’t have all the gear, we provide equipment for you to try. Personal Items: Lunch, snacks, and drinks for the day. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your start time to ensure a prompt beginning.
