Join our all-female coaching team for an engaging and informative course designed to boost your sea kayaking skills. Over two days, you'll explore some of the best coastal locations, learn essential techniques, and build your confidence on the water. Our supportive and friendly coaches ensure a relaxed and enjoyable environment tailored to your needs.
Day 1: The first day begins with a warm welcome and safety briefing, followed by an introduction to the equipment and kayaks. You will then learn basic paddling techniques and stroke improvement, practising along the coast. After a scenic beach lunch, the afternoon focuses on advanced paddling techniques and the basics of tidal planning and navigation, concluding with a return to base, debrief, and Q&A session.
Day 2: On the second day, we start with a recap of the previous day’s skills before moving on to rescue and emergency procedures. You will practice rescues in sheltered waters and then journey along the coast to explore caves and headlands. After a picnic lunch on a remote beach, the afternoon is dedicated to continued skill development, wildlife spotting, and environmental awareness. The day ends with a return to base, final debrief, and feedback session.

We had a great time. The instructor made us feel constantly reassured that we were in good hands. He was also really knowledgeable about the area and able to introduce us to great opportunities to explore various caves and coves during our training.
