Our centre is nestled in Mill Gardens, located between Mill Road and the River Leam, opposite Jephson Gardens. For Sat-Navs, use CV31 1BE to reach Mill Road, then park and walk into Mill Gardens. Free parking is available on Mill Road, Leam Terrace, and Willes Road. Entrance to the gardens is next to the blue footbridge on Mill Road or from Willes Road.
For adult sessions, the minimum age is 14. There’s no maximum age limit!
We rarely cancel activities, only in extreme conditions like flooding. Rain doesn’t stop us; paddling in the rain can be a unique experience!
Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, and Warwick are worth exploring. Nearby attractions include Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, and Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon.
Both Leamington and Warwick offer a variety of Bed and Breakfasts and hotels, with more options available in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Free parking is available on Mill Road, Leam Terrace, and Willes Road. Be mindful of the 2-hour parking zones if you plan to stay longer.
No, non-swimmers are welcome since everyone wears a buoyancy aid. Please inform us upon arrival if a non-swimmer is participating.
We have men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers, toilets, and free parking facilities.
Boats, paddles, buoyancy aids, waterproof tops, spray decks, helmets, and wetsuits are available for hire. You're welcome to bring any personal equipment as well.
