Itinerary
Our training sessions follow a carefully planned programme that caters to various freediving skill levels. The session begins with a warm-up, focusing on relaxation and breath control, setting the stage for optimal performance in both STA and DYN disciplines. Exercises will target buoyancy, streamlining, and finning, allowing you to refine your dynamic technique in the water. Additionally, you will engage in STA CO2 tables designed to build your tolerance to carbon dioxide, helping to lengthen your breath-hold time. Throughout each session, you will practise buddying and rescue techniques to enhance safety, ensuring you and your peers are confident and capable freedivers.
Each class also incorporates progressive exercises that align with AIDA Pool course requirements, giving you the practical skills needed to advance. The session concludes with a review and cool-down, where you can discuss your progress with the instructor, ensuring you're on track for future achievements.
