Once you arrive, staff will talk you through the different bike types available—from traditional men’s and women’s city bikes to Trek hybrid touring models, mountain bikes and children's options. Each bike is regularly serviced, and the team will make sure your chosen ride is fitted to suit your height and comfort before you set off. Helmets can be hired as an optional extra.

You must present a valid form of ID when hiring a bike and agree to the centre’s terms and conditions, which include taking responsibility for the bike while it’s in your care.

During summer, our opening hours are 9:30am - 7pm. In winter, we are open from 9:30am - 5pm.
You can pick up your bike during these hours, with returns allowed anytime before closing. For after-hours returns, please arrange in advance with our office staff.
Folded bicycles are allowed on all public transport in London. For non-folded bicycles, please refer to the Transport for London website for detailed guidelines.
Yes, we are a gentle 20-minute cycle from Hyde Park. We can provide a map with the safest route, passing some of London's top sights.
No, we do not offer insurance for theft.
If a bike is lost or stolen, you are responsible for the cost as if you owned it.
If you get a puncture, please bring the bike back to us by walking, train, or taxi.
We will repair the puncture free of charge or exchange the bike. Do not ride on a flat tyre as it can damage the wheel, potentially leading to repair costs.
We offer a broad range of bikes to suit different needs and rider preferences. Our fleet includes traditional men’s and women’s city bikes, Trek hybrid bikes, Trek hybrid touring bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes (male and female frames), and children’s bikes.
If you're planning a relaxed ride through central London or the parks, a traditional or hybrid bike is ideal. For longer distances or hillier routes, the Trek hybrid touring models offer more gears and comfort features. Mountain bikes are best if you’re heading towards rougher tracks or want a more robust frame. Our e-bikes are popular for riders who want a bit of extra assistance, especially on longer days out.
