Share a buggy for two through Agafay, then continue into a camel ride and Moroccan dinner show before returning to Marrakech. Hotel or riad pickup, safety gear and guide support turn this into a joined-up afternoon-to-evening desert outing with both adrenaline and atmosphere.
After afternoon pickup you transfer into Agafay, receive a safety briefing and take a 1 to 2 hour buggy ride for two across desert trails with photo stops along the way.
Later you switch to a calmer camel trek, then settle in for a traditional Moroccan dinner with live entertainment before the evening return. Full step-by-step timing sits in the itinerary below.
Passenger: Suitable for adults and kids (usually 6+).
Skill Level: Beginner-friendly (automatic controls, full briefing included).
Fit: Comfortable with bumpy dirt paths, wearing helmets/goggles, and a short camel ride.
Pickup, buggy kit, camel ride and dinner logistics are packaged into one clear combo so you are not arranging separate desert bookings for the same evening.
Briefings stay practical and the pace balances the energy of the buggy tracks with a slower camel stretch and a shared dinner under the desert sky.
Your driver collects you from your Marrakech hotel or riad around mid-afternoon and transfers southwest toward Agafay. City streets give way to open countryside as the stone hills appear.
On arrival you meet the activity team, receive a safety briefing and prepare for the buggy session for two.
The guided buggy ride lasts around one to two hours on desert trails, sandy stretches and rocky hills. Sharing one machine keeps the outing social while the guide sets a pace suited to the pair.
Expect dust, photo stops and High Atlas views on clear days as the afternoon light softens across Agafay.
After the powered ride you switch to a calmer 30 to 60 minute camel trek. Handlers keep the pace gentle with time for photos against the desert backdrop.
This quieter stretch balances the adrenaline of the tracks and leads naturally into the evening at camp.
As evening settles you join a traditional Moroccan dinner with live entertainment under the desert sky. Tagine, couscous and mint tea sit alongside music and dance in a tented camp setting.
After the show you transfer back to Marrakech for drop-off near your hotel or riad, usually late evening within the overall outing window.
You are collected from your hotel or riad in Marrakech in the afternoon, often around 3:00 to 4:00 pm. Many riads sit on pedestrian lanes, so the driver may park nearby and meet you on foot.
Return is usually late evening after the dinner show, often around 10:00 to 11:00 pm. Share your accommodation name and a mobile number when you enquire.
