All centres are vetted for safety and quality. Your adventure is in good hands with adventuro.
No two days on the Pembrokeshire coast are ever quite the same, and that's exactly what makes this adventure special. Instead of following a fixed itinerary, each session is designed around the best conditions on the day, allowing you to experience hidden beaches, quiet coves and unforgettable moments that many visitors never discover.
Forget following a set route. Once you've chosen your date, Sue and the team will select the best location and activity based on the weather, tides and sea conditions, ensuring every adventure makes the most of what Pembrokeshire has to offer.
Your experience could include a cave swim, snorkelling safari, mini swim trek, walk and swim, beach-based wellbeing session, sunrise swim with breakfast, sunset swim with campfire s'mores or even a magical evening adventure beneath the stars. Every session includes expert guidance throughout, with the activity chosen to suit the conditions rather than forcing a plan that doesn't fit the day.
Because nature is always changing, flexibility is part of the adventure. Rather than cancelling when one activity isn't suitable, the team simply switches to another equally enjoyable option, meaning you'll always experience the very best conditions available.
Drawing on more than two decades of exploring Pembrokeshire's coastline, the team chooses each venue carefully to match the day's weather and sea conditions. This allows you to visit sheltered bays, hidden beaches and lesser-known locations that many people would never find on their own.
Meeting points vary depending on the chosen adventure and are confirmed the day before your session. Activities can take place anywhere between Cardigan and Amroth, giving complete freedom to choose the ideal location for every experience.
No previous wild swimming experience is needed, and these adventures are suitable for a wide range of abilities. Whether you're joining your first sea swim or already enjoy exploring the coastline, the experience is adapted to suit the group.
You'll simply need suitable swimming kit, clothing appropriate for the weather and an adventurous attitude. Exact joining information and your meeting point will be provided before your session.
Years spent exploring every corner of Pembrokeshire's coastline mean this centre knows where to find sheltered swimming spots, hidden beaches and quieter locations throughout the year. Rather than sticking to one venue, every adventure is built around local knowledge and the day's conditions.
Guests often say it's this flexibility that makes the experience so memorable. Instead of worrying about the weather affecting your plans, you can relax knowing the team will always choose the activity and location that offers the best possible day on the coast.
That's part of the excitement. Rather than booking one fixed activity, you're booking the best possible experience for the conditions on your chosen date. The team looks at the forecast, tides and sea state before deciding which adventure will provide the safest and most enjoyable experience.
Your session could be a cave swim, snorkelling safari, mini swim trek, walk and swim, beach wellbeing experience, sunrise swim with breakfast, sunset swim with campfire s'mores or even a magical evening swim beneath the stars.
Yes. If you've always wanted to experience a particular activity, it's worth getting in touch before booking. While nature can't be controlled, the team will always try to accommodate requests where conditions and availability allow.
If you're particularly keen on one type of adventure, it can sometimes be worth waiting until the weather forecast is clearer before confirming your booking, as this increases the chances of suitable conditions.
Unlike many activities, these adventures don't usually get cancelled because of changing conditions. Instead, the day's plan simply changes to something that's better suited to the weather and sea state.
This flexible approach means you'll still enjoy a fantastic experience while staying safe. Rather than missing out, you'll discover a different side of Pembrokeshire that works perfectly for the conditions that day.
Not at all. Many guests are completely new to wild swimming, while others already spend plenty of time in the sea. The relaxed pace and supportive guidance make the sessions suitable for a wide range of confidence levels.
The emphasis is on enjoying the coastline safely, so you'll never be expected to do anything that feels beyond your ability or comfort level.
Because every adventure is different, there isn't one permanent meeting point. The exact location is confirmed the day before once the team has decided which part of the coastline offers the best conditions.
Activities can take place anywhere along the Pembrokeshire coast between Cardigan and Amroth, giving complete flexibility to choose the ideal venue for each session.
The session lasts around three hours, but that doesn't mean you'll spend the entire time swimming. Depending on the activity, there may be coastal walks, exploring, relaxing on the beach or enjoying the scenery between swims.
This varied pace is one of the reasons guests enjoy the experience so much, as it gives you time to appreciate the coastline rather than simply focusing on swimming distance.
You'll need your swimming kit, towel, suitable footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather. Even during warmer months it's worth bringing extra layers, as you may feel cool after spending time in the sea.
Some adventures may involve snorkelling or exploring rocky areas, so you'll receive any additional recommendations before your session if specific equipment would be useful.
