Across three days, you'll enjoy a carefully balanced programme of guided coastal experiences, mindful movement and free time to explore or simply relax. Every activity is designed to help you switch off from everyday life while enjoying the benefits of spending time beside the sea.
The retreat is led by Sue alongside an experienced yoga and wellbeing instructor, creating a welcoming environment where you can join in as much or as little as you wish. All activities are optional, allowing you to shape the weekend around your own pace and interests.
Creating welcoming experiences that help people build confidence in the sea and enjoy the outdoors has always been at the heart of this centre. Sue's extensive background in swimming, lifesaving and water safety combines with experienced wellbeing practitioners to offer a retreat that feels supportive, friendly and genuinely relaxing.
Rather than following a rigid schedule, each weekend is adapted to suit both the weather and the group. That flexibility, together with carefully chosen coastal locations and a relaxed atmosphere, means no two retreats are ever exactly the same.

Saturday starts with a gentle walk to one of Pembrokeshire's carefully selected beaches, where you'll enjoy breathwork followed by a guided wild swim, dip or paddle depending on your preference. Afterwards, the group takes part in a yoga session before sitting down to a buffet-style lunch.
The afternoon is yours to enjoy however you choose. You might explore the local area, browse independent shops, spend time on the beach or simply relax at the accommodation. Later in the day, optional activities such as coastal or woodland walks, journalling or creative wellbeing sessions may also be available.

The final morning includes another relaxed coastal wellbeing session featuring yoga alongside another opportunity to enjoy the sea. Whether you swim, paddle or simply spend time by the shoreline, the focus remains on leaving the weekend feeling refreshed and re-energised.
Following lunch, homemade cake and refreshments, there's time to reflect on the weekend before departing later in the afternoon. Like every part of the retreat, the exact locations are chosen according to the weather to provide the best possible experience.
Two nights of shared self-catering accommodation are included in the retreat price. You'll stay in a spacious beachside property sleeping up to ten guests, with twin, double and bunk bedrooms, three bathrooms, generous communal living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden overlooking the beach.
The accommodation has been chosen to encourage a relaxed, sociable atmosphere throughout the weekend. Whether you're chatting over breakfast, enjoying the evening views or unwinding after a day by the sea, there's plenty of comfortable space to make yourself at home.
Not at all. The retreat has been designed for everyone, whether you've never stepped into the sea outside of summer holidays or already enjoy regular open water swimming. Yoga sessions are equally welcoming, with options available for different abilities throughout the weekend.
The emphasis is on enjoying the experience rather than achieving anything specific. You'll always be encouraged to work at your own pace, and support is available throughout every activity.
The activities are intentionally gentle and focus on wellbeing rather than physical challenge. Walks are usually around a mile or less and are completed at a relaxed pace with plenty of opportunities to stop, rest and enjoy the surroundings.
Swimming is entirely flexible too. You can enjoy a proper swim, a gentle paddle or simply spend time at the water's edge if that's what feels right for you.
No. One of the biggest benefits of the retreat is that you're free to join as much or as little as you'd like. Some guests enjoy every activity on offer, while others choose to skip certain sessions and spend time reading, exploring or relaxing.
The aim is for everyone to leave feeling refreshed, so you're encouraged to make the weekend work for you rather than following a strict timetable.
You'll stay in a spacious self-catering property overlooking the beach in Nolton Haven. The house includes shared twin, double and bunk bedrooms, several bathrooms, comfortable lounges, a large dining space and outdoor seating with coastal views.
The accommodation creates a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where guests can spend time together between activities while still having space to unwind and enjoy some quiet time.
Your retreat includes dinner on Friday evening, lunch on Saturday and lunch on Sunday, along with generous snacks during the guided sessions throughout the weekend.
Breakfasts and Saturday evening dinner are left free, giving you the flexibility to prepare your own food at the accommodation or visit one of the local places to eat.
