What to Expect

When you arrive at our base in Tenby, you’ll be matched with one of our high-quality E-Bikes and provided with everything needed for a smooth ride — helmet, lock, panniers, water bottle and full guidance on how to use the electric assist. You’ll also get tailored route suggestions to suit your plans, whether that’s a quick coastal spin or a half-day ride inland.

Choose from two models: the Ezego Commute EX, which offers 40 miles of assisted cycling and a relaxed upright position, or one of the Ridgeback E-Bikes, with a longer range of up to 75 miles and smooth gear transitions powered by Shimano’s STePS system. Both options are reliable, well-maintained and comfortable for casual and experienced riders alike.

Based at 30 Harries Street, Tenby, SA70 7NA, our hire centre sits in the heart of this historic seaside town. Just minutes from Tenby’s beaches and the harbour, we’re within walking distance of main car parks and public transport links, making it an ideal starting point for visitors staying locally or arriving by train. 

The location gives direct access to coastal cycle paths and quiet country lanes, making it easy to plan a route that suits your ability and time frame.

Prerequisites

Riders must be aged 14 or above to use an electric bicycle in the UK. No prior experience with E-Bikes is required — we’ll show you how everything works before you set off. 

You’ll need to be comfortable riding on roads and mixed-use paths, and confident handling hills or junctions when necessary.
