Enhance your freediving skills with our dedicated 2-hour training sessions, designed for divers looking to refine and practice the techniques they've learned in previous courses. With personalised coaching and safety oversight, these sessions are ideal for anyone eager to advance their freediving proficiency.
During each session, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced instructors who will set up buoys and ropes at depths appropriate for your skill level. You'll receive personalised feedback on your technique, adjustments to your style as needed, and guidance on safety protocols. This focused approach helps integrate learned skills more deeply and improves overall freediving capability.
Sessions are held in a carefully selected location that offers safe and controlled water conditions ideal for practicing freediving. The specific site is chosen to provide optimal depth and water clarity, enhancing both safety and training quality.
Participants must have completed at least an introductory freediving course. This foundational knowledge is crucial as the training sessions build upon previously learned skills and techniques.
