Our Functional Breathwork course begins with an assessment of your current breathing patterns using the BOLT score. Based on the results, we'll tailor the workshop to address specific issues such as stress, obesity, PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, insomnia, snoring, asthma, and rhinitis.
