Launch on an adventure-filled half day as you immerse yourself in the adrenaline-pumping experience of whitewater kayaking. Dive into the rapids of the River Dee, situated conveniently at our site in Llangollen, where our expert instructors await to guide you through every exciting moment.
Upon arrival at our centre, you'll be warmly greeted by our staff at reception. Your dedicated instructor will ensure you're fully equipped with all the necessary gear before venturing on your kayaking experience. Once you're geared up, we waste no time getting onto the river, which conveniently flows through our site.
Guided by our experienced instructors, you'll learn fundamental kayaking techniques and essential safety protocols. As you navigate the rapids, expect an exhilarating mix of challenges and fun-filled moments. Throughout the session, our instructors will continuously refine your skills and ensure your safety on the water. After an action-packed experience, we return to the centre where you can unwind and change before discussing the highlights of your day.
Our white water kayaking experience takes place on the scenic River Dee, right here at our centre in Llangollen. Surrounded by beautiful nature, prepare to be enchanted by the scenic surroundings as you paddle through the rapids.
No prior experience is required for this adventure. Our sessions cater to participants of all skill levels, making it the perfect opportunity for beginners and seasoned kayakers alike.

Established in 2015, we are a North Wales-based adventure company founded and operated by experienced adventure instructors. Since our inception, we have dedicated ourselves to delivering exhilarating experiences to all who venture our way.
This session is run entirely on our site, we own the riverbanks for a 300-metre stretch and can re-paddle rapids if we like.
Occasionally due to high river levels we may run this session elsewhere, you will be informed of everything by your instructor.
The session is 3 hours long which accounts for time getting changed, kitted up and safety briefings.
All of our instructors are highly experienced and have been trained and assessed to national governing body standards. They will always have your enjoyment and safety as their top priority.
You do not need any previous experience for this session.
This is suitable for anyone aged 7 or over. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
We can organise sessions for groups of children but it helps to know in advance so we can make special provisions.
It is not the aim of the session to capsize but it may happen – you will be given instructions on what to do if this does happen and our instructors will get sorted and kayaking again right away.
Not at all, your buoyancy aid has more than enough floatation and our instructors will help at all times.
We sell waterproof phone cases which are suitable to keep your phone safe and dry. Your instructor may take some photos if they have the opportunity.
