Elinor was great, she was professional and friendly, she explained everything very clearly including safety and paddling technique and demonstrated getting in and out of the canoe. She was then a patient and attentive chaperone for our group of novices.
We had a fantastic time rowing the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct with TNR and Ben our guide was brilliant. This was quite an achievement for me as I’m terrified of heights but so glad i did it.

Our instructor was really good, he took us through the basics of operating the kayak, how to safely navigate the canal. We weren’t rushed, we were able to take our time and safely enjoy ourselves. The aqueduct was great, fantastic views.
