Welcome to our beginner-level SSI Freediver Course! This programme equips you with the training and knowledge needed to safely freedive with a buddy in open water environments, reaching depths of up to 20 metres. Upon completing this course, you will earn the SSI Freediving certification, marking the start of your exciting underwater journey.

By the end of the weekend, you will be able to dive to depths of up to 20 meters in a safe and relaxed manner.
This course will take place across two locations. We will complete day one at Hatfield Swim Centre, where we will focus on theory and confined water training. On the second day, we will meet at Wraysbury Dive Centre, for the open water component of the course.
