Prerequisites

You must be at least 18-years-old and pass the medical evaluation. In addition, you must meet the following requirements - either option 1 or 2:

• Option 1: Minimum of 100 logged in-water freediving sessions, Advanced Freediver certification (SSI or equivalent), Training Techniques specialty
  Option 2: Training Techniques and Advanced Freediver certifications (or equivalents), Basic Freediving Instructor qualification, at least 25 basic freediving certifications issued
