How many bikes do you have available and what sizes are they?

There are 8 bikes in total: 2 extra small (XS), 2 small, 3 medium, and 1 large. The size guide is as follows: XS fits riders from 4'10" to 5'4", small fits 5'4" to 5'7", medium fits 5'7" to 5'10", and large fits 5'10" to 6'2".

What is included in the bike hire?

When you hire a bike, you will receive a full suspension mountain bike, a helmet for safety, and a safety and maintenance briefing before you set off. Additionally, we offer flexible bike delivery to a location that works best for you, so you can get straight into your adventure without any hassle. We also ensure that the bike is in excellent condition before each rental.

Can I rent the bike for a full day or just a half day?

You can choose between a half-day rental (4 hours) or a full-day rental (8 hours), depending on your plans. We understand that your adventure may vary in length, so we offer flexibility to suit your needs. Simply select the duration when booking, and we will ensure your bike is ready for the chosen time frame.

Where can I pick up the bike?

We will deliver the bike to a location within the Surrey Hills or South Downs that is convenient for you. Popular delivery points include areas like Peaslake, Holmbury, and Leith Hill in the Surrey Hills, as well as scenic spots in the South Downs. If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

The rental includes a helmet, but you may want to bring your own padded cycling gloves, appropriate clothing, and footwear for comfort during your ride. If you’re planning a longer ride, it’s also a good idea to bring some snacks or drinks, although we do not include food in the bike hire.

What should I do if I experience a problem with the bike?

While we ensure that all our bikes are in excellent working condition before each rental, should you experience any issues during your ride, please contact us immediately. We provide guidance on basic maintenance, but for more serious issues, we can discuss repair options or assist in arranging support.
