Before sunrise we collect you from a Dubai hotel and drive out to a desert launch field for a hot-air balloon flight. The pilot talks you through landing and handholds beside the basket, then you float over dunes, date farms and oases as the light comes up. A signed flight certificate comes with the Deluxe and Premium packages, and hotel pickup is included.
We'll collect you from your Dubai hotel while it is still dark, so you arrive at the launch field as the crew start to lay out the envelope. On the field you'll see the balloon inflate, hear the burners, and climb into the basket when the pilot is ready for boarding. Sunrise comes up over the dunes and oases below, with the coast a faint line on clear mornings.
After the flight you'll come down on the sand for breakfast, then we'll drive you back to the same hotel lobby. If wind stops the inflation, we'll reach out with the next step rather than leave you waiting on a dark road.

The outing lasts about three hours from lobby to lobby. That covers the drive to the field, the brief, the flight, and time on the ground afterwards.
How long you stay in the air depends on the wind. The crew will not stretch a flight past what the conditions allow just to fill a clock.

Two packages are offered. Deluxe Exotic Sunrise includes an international buffet breakfast and a flight certificate signed by the pilot. Premium Adventure adds a vintage car in the desert, a camel ride, and a quad bike.
We tell you beforehand which one you have. Breakfast, the certificate, and the extra desert stops sit on those packages, not on every outing by default.
Balloons need light, steady wind and clear enough visibility. Strong gusts, low cloud, or a closed field can delay or stop a launch.
If the crew cannot fly, we will contact you with the next step. That decision sits with the pilot on the morning.
We recommend wearing closed shoes and layers you can add or remove. The desert is cool at pickup and warmer once the sun is up. Bring sunglasses and a camera with a strap.
We'd suggest leaving loose hats and long scarves in the transfer vehicle. They can catch on the burner frame or blow out of the basket.
No flying experience is required. You stand in the basket while the crew flies the balloon. The brief covers how to hold on during landing.
Tell the crew at the field if you feel uneasy about heights. They can talk you through where to look during take-off and landing.
The crew will not inflate in a gust they cannot fly. If the field closes, we contact you rather than sending the transfer to an empty patch of sand.
That call sits with the pilot on the morning. A closed field is different from a change of mind after you have already confirmed.
