Sharing-basis hotel transfers are built into this morning balloon, along with tea, coffee, qahwa and dates before you fly, then a certificate signed by the pilot. It is the transfer-led flight, not the sit-down Arabic breakfast ticket and not the premium combo with quad, camel and falconry. Plan around five hours door to door, including the drive to the desert and the return to your hotel.
A shared vehicle collects you, you take a short welcome of tea, qahwa and dates, then board for the flight. After landing you collect a signed certificate and return to the hotel on the same transfer. The airborne portion is shorter than the five-hour window, because pickup, inflation and packing take much of the morning.
A breakfast-inclusive rate may be offered as an add-on if you want more food. The core Magical Morning ticket is drinks and dates rather than a full camp meal. Pick the Arabic breakfast product if a sit-down meal is the point of the morning, and pick the premium combo if you want quad, camel and falconry as well.
Launch is in the Dubai desert inland from the marina and the malls. The shared transfer is how most guests reach the field, because there is no useful public bus at that hour.
Drop-off is at the same hotel. If you are staying outside Dubai, confirm collection in advance so the shared vehicle can include your address. Nights in the desert can be cool even in summer, then the air warms quickly after sunrise.
Children from five may fly if they can stand, listen, and keep hands away from the burner. You do not need flying experience, and you share the basket with other guests and the pilot.
Bring a passport or photo ID, closed shoes and a layer for the pre-dawn wait. Sunglasses help once you are airborne, and large bags should stay at the hotel.
Round-trip hotel transfer is on the voucher, so you are not finding the desert in the dark. A signed certificate closes the flight, and the welcome drinks keep the morning light if you do not want a full camp breakfast.
Transfers are shared rather than a private car, which keeps the outing straightforward for most Dubai hotels. If wind stops the launch, the team will help move you to another morning where they can.
