Coasteering is an adventurous activity that involves exploring the coastline from the sea level. It combines a mix of climbing, scrambling, cliff jumping, wild swimming, and hiking.
This activity allows you to experience the natural beauty of the coastline in a fun, active way.
No prior experience is necessary. The main requirement is that you must be a confident swimmer.
Whether you're new to outdoor adventures or more experienced, the session is designed to be fun and accessible for everyone.
We provide wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
You do not need to bring any of your own safety equipment as it will be supplied, ensuring you are well-prepared for the adventure.
You'll need to bring a swimming costume, a towel, personal medication (if necessary), sun cream, old trainers for the water, and old shorts to wear over the wetsuit.
If you prefer, you can bring your own wetsuit as long as it is full-length.
A reasonable level of fitness is beneficial, as the activity involves a combination of swimming, climbing, and jumping.
However, if you’re in good general health and are comfortable in the water, you should have no issues.
Safety is our top priority. Before starting the coasteering session, you will receive a full safety briefing. Our experienced instructors are trained to guide you through the activity safely.
All equipment provided is designed to protect you during the session, and our team will ensure the activity is done in a safe and controlled manner.
