Please bring a towel and trainers to wear in the sea. If you have them, swimming trunks to wear over the wetsuit are recommended.
Footwear must be a good pair of trainers, you will not be able to participate with bad footwear. This can include beach shoes, wetsuit boots, sandals etc.
We supply all necessary gear, including a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and helmet.
No, all jumps are optional. You can choose to swim the route without jumping. Our role is to encourage you, but there’s no pressure to do anything you’re uncomfortable with.
Not at all! Our venues a great experience at both high and low tide. Low tide often reveals more sea caves and smaller jumps.
As long as you can doggy paddle, you'll be fine. The gear we provide ensures buoyancy, and all lead instructors are qualified beach lifeguards.
After booking, you'll receive an email with directions to the meeting point. We’ll meet you at the designated car park with all the equipment ready.
Our lead instructors are either approved by our technical advisor or are certified NCC coasteering guides. They also hold water qualifications, such as Beach Lifeguard, and are trained in first aid.
We are insured by Activities Aim Mutual, a leading provider of insurance in the outdoor sector.
The minimum age to participate in 8 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session.
Coasteering is a weather-dependent activity. If conditions are unsafe due to weather or sea state, we may need to reschedule or offer an alternative activity. We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes are necessary.
