Training is customised to reflect the specific risks and environment of your workplace. Before the session, trainers consult with you to understand your industry, common hazards, and team roles. This enables them to incorporate relevant scenarios and advice that directly apply to your business.
Delivering training on-site further enhances this customisation by allowing trainers to reference actual workplace conditions during practical exercises. This makes learning more practical and helps your team quickly identify potential emergencies and respond effectively within their usual setting.
The course is designed to support participants of all abilities with clear guidance and hands-on practice. Trainers work closely with attendees who find practical tasks challenging, offering additional demonstrations and coaching to help them succeed. The aim is for everyone to achieve competence and confidence by the end of the day.
If an individual cannot demonstrate the required skills despite support, trainers will discuss next steps. This might include additional training or reassessment opportunities. Safety and ensuring high standards remain priorities throughout the course.
