We provide guided sea kayak trips and skills courses for all abilities; based out of Dartmouth in the beautiful county of Devon. Our sea kayaking centre was started in 2011 by founder Ben. After spending that summer scouring the British Isles (yes, including all of Ireland, Scotland and Wales!) Ben decided that the ultimate location for a Sea Kayak School was Dartmouth. We now have a team of over 15 top coaches and a big selection of 40+ Sea Kayaks.
The South Devon coast is a sea kayaker’s paradise, with secluded hidden beaches, beautiful sheltered estuaries with steep wooded sides and spectacular cliffs and sea caves that can only be properly explored by kayak. This part of the world is steeped in history and we will paddle past ancient castles and smugglers coves that have changed little in thousands of years. The kayaks are virtually silent allowing you to get right up close to all sorts of exciting wildlife… seals, dolphins, basking sharks and a whole array of amazing sea birds.
Our friendly and highly qualified guides will teach you all you need to know to get going, or if you are an experienced paddler on a skills course we have a wealth of knowledge to help you progress.
All equipment is provided by us. Our sea kayaks are stable and easy to control; they glide smoothly through the water allowing you to explore big sections of the coast with minimal effort. We also have large double kayaks available for youngsters or those who are a little apprehensive.
