Train on sections of the historic Lycian Way during a guided trail running camp based around Antalya, mixing Mediterranean coastal footpaths, pine forest ridges, and ancient sites between daily coached runs. The week is designed for consecutive training days rather than a single race effort, with guides tailoring distance and shade to the group each morning.
After arrival at Antalya Airport, transfer to lodging, kit check, and a camp briefing that covers weekly distances, heat planning, and how coaches will regroup on technical limestone sections. Morning runs follow runnable coastal paths with sea views before the week introduces shaded pine tracks and moderate climb on forest ridges.
Later days may include longer stages along the Lycian corridor with cultural viewpoints and village lanes, always with options to shorten distance when temperatures climb. The programme closes on a final coastal or ridge stage, recovery time, and airport transfer aligned with outbound flights.
The Lycian Way threads ancient sites, runnable coastal footpaths, and pine forest ridges above the Mediterranean, mixing sea breeze with short climbs into shaded single track. Stages around Antalya, Kemer, and Olympos corridors give coaches flexibility to shorten exposed sections when midday heat builds through spring and shoulder-season camps.
Antalya Airport access keeps transfers straightforward, and foothill lodging balances proximity to trailheads with evening recovery in towns that understand running guests. Limestone rock, coastal views, and village lanes create varied training terrain without requiring elite skyrunning experience on every day of the camp.
Hotels and lodges on the camp plan are selected for early breakfasts, private bathrooms, and practical distance to daily run starts. WiFi and laundry options on many departures help jerseys and hydration vests dry between consecutive stage days.
Staff are accustomed to guests returning with dusty shoes and salt on skin after coastal miles, and evening meals on many packages support refuelling without late-night transfers. Share dietary restrictions before travel so group lunches and hotel kitchens can plan around allergies or vegetarian needs.
Participants should run comfortably on uneven trails for two hours or more, including short climbs on rocky footpaths, and previous trail experience is recommended over road-only backgrounds. If you are building trail confidence, coaches offer technique tips on descents and pacing during the first days of the camp.
Heat management and hydration matter on Mediterranean stage days, so practise drinking on the move before you travel and pack sunscreen, a cap, and electrolytes daily. Speak with your doctor if heat or cardiac conditions affect sustained exertion in warm weather.
The centre specialises in sports tourism across Türkiye, combining expert local guiding with international-standard safety practices on mountain, coast, and trail programmes.
Sustainability, quality, and personalised experiences are central to each departure. Experienced guides, clear transfers, and curated daily plans help you enjoy challenging terrain with strong support and time to recover between sessions.

Dedicated trail running shoes with reliable grip, a hydration vest, sun cap, electrolytes, and a light wind layer for ridge breezes belong in your daily pack. Add a small blister kit, evening casual clothes, and sandals so you can recover properly between consecutive run days in Mediterranean heat.
This Lycian Way trail running camp suits active travellers who want structured guided days with time to recover each evening. Share your sport background honestly so guides can match pace and terrain to the group.
Mixed-ability friends can often travel together when guides split lines or offer easier variants on the same day. The rhythm is adventurous without racing the clock, with clear briefings before each main session.
Trail camp days combine rocky limestone, forest shade, and Mediterranean heat, so you need two-hour-plus trail confidence. Practice drinking on the move and running gentle climbs before you fly to Antalya.
Coaches adjust distance when temperatures spike, but you should still arrive able to back up run days across the week. Speak with your doctor if heat or cardiac conditions affect sustained exertion outdoors.
Published departures include ground transfers from the airport named in Key Details when your package lists them. Share flight times early so drivers can align pickup windows with your arrival hall.
International flights are arranged separately unless your confirmation explicitly lists them. Keep your phone charged and messaging apps active on travel day for any timing updates.
Pack for the sport and season described in the kit list on this page. Layered clothing, sun protection, and sturdy footwear matter even when the forecast looks mild.
Technical safety kit for snow or backcountry days is often personal unless your inclusion list says otherwise. A small daypack for water, snacks, and spare layers is useful every day.
Meals follow the inclusion list on this page and what your confirmation shows for your package tier. Request special diets as early as possible so kitchens and guides can plan.
Some evenings may be open for local restaurants unless the day plan includes a group meal. Mention allergies before you travel, not at the first breakfast.
Rental or shared equipment is only included where this page lists it explicitly. Bring personal items that affect comfort, such as boots sized to you, when guides recommend it.
Helmets and safety hardware are treated seriously on guided snow and bike days. If you prefer your own helmet or transceiver, bring it when it meets guide requirements.
You need a valid passport and any visa required for Türkiye on these departures. Check entry rules for your nationality before you arrange flights.
Some activities require insurance documents or waiver forms completed before arrival. Keep digital and paper copies of confirmations and emergency contacts.
Group size follows the operator schedule for your date. Mountain and snow products often run with small guide ratios for safety.
Private upgrades may be possible when capacity allows. Ask the team if you need a dedicated guide for your party only.
Build light sport-specific conditioning in the weeks before you fly. Sleep, hydration, and realistic pacing on arrival day help you enjoy the first session.
Read the kit list twice and pack a day earlier than usual so forgotten items do not delay morning meet times. Message through Adventuro Chat if anything in the plan is unclear before you fly.
Outdoor sessions follow conditions on the day, and guides choose the safest equivalent activity when wind, snow, or heat shifts. Briefings explain any route changes before you leave the meeting point.
Mountain teams carry backup ideas such as lower-altitude terrain, technique workshops, or shorter loops. The goal is to keep you moving and learning rather than losing a full day to uncertainty.
