Join us for a private stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experience on the Thames in Henley. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced paddler looking to refine your skills, this session is tailored to suit your group’s needs. Spend 1.5 hours on the water with your friends, family, or colleagues and enjoy a fun, relaxed time outdoors.
Upon arrival, your instructor will guide you through a brief safety introduction on land. You’ll be provided with all necessary equipment, including a buoyancy aid, paddle, and wetsuit if needed. After the safety briefing, you’ll begin your session by starting on your knees to get comfortable before learning the basics of stand-up paddleboarding.
The session is designed to meet your group’s individual needs, whether you're looking to learn the basics or explore the local area. You’ll have the opportunity to paddle around the area, improving your balance and technique along the way. After a short, scenic tour, you'll return to the Eyot Centre, feeling accomplished and refreshed.
This session takes place at the Eyot Centre, located in Henley-on-Thames. Henley is well-known for its beautiful riverside setting, making it the perfect location for stand-up paddleboarding.
The Eyot Centre is easily accessible and offers a great starting point for your adventure on the water.
All participants must be able to swim at least 50 meters unaided, as you will be on the water with a buoyancy aid. It is not necessary to be a strong swimmer, but comfort in the water is essential.
You should also be able to kneel and stand on the board. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
