Whether you're new to the sport or looking to improve your skills, the session is tailored to everyone, with games and challenges adding a bit of extra fun. Expect a relaxed, safe environment to enjoy the River Thames while learning and practising new techniques.
After getting comfortable on the water, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the local area, giving you the opportunity to explore the River Thames from a new perspective. The session will wrap up with a return to the Eyot Centre where you can reflect on your paddleboarding experience and make some fun memories with your group.
Situated in a scenic and accessible spot, it’s the perfect base for your stand-up paddleboarding adventure.
A reasonable level of flexibility is also necessary, as you'll need to be able to transition from kneeling to standing on your paddleboard. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Claire, a BSUPA-qualified coach, is an accomplished racer and coach, bringing a lively energy to every session.
Anna is a British Canoeing-qualified SUP coach with a fitness background, ensuring sessions are both fun and effective.
James, a dragon boater with Henley Dragons, brings a wealth of paddling experience and a friendly approach to every lesson.
