🚣 What to Expect

The experience begins at the activity base in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, where guests collect their kayak equipment and receive local guidance from the team before heading onto the water. Staff provide route suggestions, maps of the surrounding coastline, and advice on suitable paddling areas depending on conditions on the day.

Once on the water, guests are free to explore Ibiza’s coastline independently at their own pace. Calm bays, rocky caves, and smaller beaches can all be reached by kayak, allowing paddlers to access areas that are often difficult to visit from land. Sit-on-top kayaks provide a stable and easy-to-use setup suitable for relaxed coastal paddling, swimming stops, and sightseeing.

Throughout the day, guests can stop to swim, relax on quieter beaches, or simply enjoy the scenery while paddling through San Antonio Bay. The flexibility of a full-day rental makes it possible to create a route that suits both relaxed exploration and longer coastal paddles.

📍 Location

Port des Torrent sits within a sheltered section of San Antonio Bay and is known for calmer water conditions and clear coastal scenery. The area is particularly popular for kayaking thanks to its combination of protected bays, rocky inlets, and smaller beaches along the coastline.

Away from some of Ibiza’s busier resort areas, the surrounding coast offers quieter paddling routes with excellent opportunities for swimming and exploring hidden corners of the island. The beach base also provides convenient access to launch directly into the bay.

✅ Prerequisites

No previous kayaking experience is required for the rental, and the sit-on-top kayaks are suitable for beginners as well as more experienced paddlers.

Participants should feel comfortable around water and follow any route or safety advice provided before departure. Swimwear, towels, and sun protection are strongly recommended for the day.
