Amazing trip with 3x11 year olds. They loved it. Beat surfing apparently. Guides were amazing, kind, well informed and patient. We’ll be back for sure (take a GoPro if you want pics)
We partner with Rewilding Britain to help protect our natural spaces for future adventures.
All centres are vetted for safety and quality. Your adventure is in good hands with adventuro.

You will find us in the heart of Croyde Bay, steps from one of the UK's most reliable beach breaks. We run surf lessons, coasteering, weekend surf camps, instructor training, equipment hire, and sea sauna sessions from our purpose-built centre on Moor Lane, with heated changing rooms, hot showers, and secure lockers so you can focus on the session.
Our coaches work at a six-to-one ratio on group lessons, hold beach lifeguard and Surfing England qualifications, and coach everyone from first-time surfers to national pathway athletes. Whether you join us for a single lesson, a private session, or a multi-day camp, we keep safety, progression, and time in the water at the centre of every experience.

Best teaching ratio in the UK at 6:1, at an award-winning Surfing England Centre of Excellence. This two-day intermediate weekend camp is for surfers already riding green waves who want focused coaching, video feedback, and repeated time in the line-up on Croyde Bay without the rush of a single public lesson.
Across the weekend you take four coached surf sessions with classroom and video analysis between water time, building on the same progressive standards used in our Surf Development UK pathway. Coaches film key waves, review them with you, and set focused tasks for the next session so improvement continues off the beach as well as in the water.
Coaches work on turns, speed, wave selection, and lineup skills while keeping groups capped at six so you get meaningful feedback every session. If wind or tide suggest a better slot, coaches may adjust timing so you surf when Croyde is at its best for your level.
"I'm catching green waves and turning, now I want to level up." You paddle out and catch green waves independently, ride down the line, and want more challenging conditions and refined technique.
Typical focus: perfecting turns and generating speed; improving wave selection and timing; rail-to-rail transitions; developing style, control, and confidence in varied Croyde conditions. If you are still mostly in whitewater, our progressor or beginner weekend camps may suit you better.
The camp is based at our purpose-built centre on Moor Lane, steps from Croyde Bay's consistent beach break, with heated changing rooms and hot showers throughout the weekend. You store kit indoors, walk to the sand each day, and return for warm showers between sessions.
You surf the same world-class bay used for our Team GB development work, with village cafes and coastal walks nearby when you are not in the water. Parking in Croyde fills quickly in summer, so plan a few extra minutes at drop-off.
You should confidently catch and ride green waves, swim 50 metres in the sea, and be aged 18 or over for this adult weekend camp. Reasonable fitness helps for two full days of paddling and surfing.
If you are between improver and intermediate level, let us know when you enquire; coaches assess the group on day one and tailor goals accordingly. Honest self-assessment before you book makes the weekend more rewarding for everyone in the group.
Being featured in The BBC, Vogue, The Independent, Airbnb, Carve Magazine, and Surfing England, alongside a multitude of 5-star TripAdvisor reviews, video tutorials, and surf blog insights is something we are very proud of.
Weekend camps mirror the coaching quality of our daily lessons: Damon Beveridge's programme standards, ISA-qualified beach-lifeguard coaches, Softech boards, and the smallest groups in Croyde at six surfers per instructor for the full two days.
All equipment is included in your camp. Bring swimwear, a towel, warm clothes for afterwards, and sun cream on sunny days.
In warmer months we provide Crocs for the walk to the beach; you may bring your own kit if you prefer.
