5 or 10 minutes before your allocated activity time is perfect – there is no need to be any earlier.
Our guides take photographs on every trip and you may purchase these at the end. This facility is offered to you privately by your guide and the money they charge goes directly to them.
This is completely up to you. If you feel as though the experience executed by the guide is worthy of a tip, please do! Tips are greatly appreciated.
We only cancel an activity if there are unsafe weather conditions. Typically, if the water levels in the canyons rise too high, we will cancel the trip for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative activity or a different day/time slot.
If these options are not suitable for you, we will refund you in full. However, if the conditions are safe despite some rain, we will continue with all activities.
It is not required but we do ask that you are comfortable in the water. We provide buoyancy aids for all customers.
