Sturdy footwear (we recommend hiking or running shoes that you don’t mind getting wet!)** A swimsuit or shorts to wear underneath a wetsuit A towel A snack for afterwards and some water **If you don’t have the correct footwear we have a small selection of shoes that are available to borrow. ### What time should I arrive? 5 or 10 minutes before your allocated activity time is perfect – there is no need to be any earlier. ### Will I get photos of my trip?
